I caught Nick Fry looking at my bike the other day, and I called a plumber to fix my boiler and he looked uncannily like Mike Gascoyne. They just can't help themselves.
Bringing disks full of data with him from Mclaren, loading it onto his Renault computer, then showing engineers. Sounds worse than the Mclaren case to me.
Which is what McLaren did. I agree with QS, they should get exactly the same punishment McLaren got. They won't, of course, because this is the world motorsport council and they don't believe in legal precedent.
Now F1 has been dull for the past few years and they are clearly trying to make it more interesting.
On this forum there is a load of argumets about drifting not being racing because it's not about who is fastest.
I pronounce that F1 is not racing because it's not about who is fastest but who has the best lawyers.
All these "scandals" are just stupid. Engineers, drivers, mechanics and other people change teams all the time are they required to have a lobotomy before they leave a team? No and therefore bring information from their previous team to the new one.
Now they are examining McClaren's car for next year to see if it has some resemblance to the Ferrari. Duh! It has four tyres an engine independent suspension is RWD and a silly aerokit. They has copy-pasted ferrari! BAN!!!
What about this protest raised by maccyC about the fuel temperatures? First thay are all "We just want to clarify this issue. No we don't care about the championship". But in the hearing they are all spouting about how they should give the drivers championship to Hamilton...
F1 has gone down the drain all the way to the sewage treatment plant.
