Just a quick suggestion and one that I did search for but can't see has already been posted.

I suggest servers should be categorised in to 'Racing', 'dr1Ft0ring' and 'Cruising', and to have an interface to sort / ignore categories at your leisure. Would be pretty a pretty easy implementation too methinks.

Why do I suggest this, I hear you ask?

Well, my heart dies a little death each time I see a well populated server on a good combo and then realise it's a dr1ft or cruise one.

It's still a good idea though. A single extra server option to flag up race / drift / cruise / drag (you forgot!) would be really useful for filtering out all the servers you're not interested in joining.

I respect cruisers and drifters and accept that they can do whatever they want with the software they bought, but I really don't want to see their to me worthless servers cluttering up the server list.

I`ll somehow agree, but the easiest way is simply to ignore those servers. Or often just by reading the name on the server you`ll see what kind of server it is.

Maybe you can filter them in Patch Y as you can filter hosts with reset enabled.

I've been in there many times and it's a good, clean and friendly Racing server.

I joined a PRR server way back when I first got my S2 license. Being the other side of the planet (which I didn't know at the time), lag was a bit of an issue. I was well impressed when they pointed out my lag and politely asked me to leave. I had mid-race joined so I wasn't in contention anyway, so I said fair enough.

We still need the filter though

It is quite difficult to just "ignore" those servers. When the list looks like this....

Drift
Drift
Cruise
Drift

It makes it difficult to find the correct server.

I'm with AndroidX for sure. Have nothing against the drift servers, and I've been on the CLC server (can only stand so much of 3 car racing), but it would be great to be able to filter out what you are not looking for. With all the stupid colors and lettering in the drift servers, it is just a cluster $#%@ trying to look at the list.

Simplified option: "Good racing?" "YES" or "NO" (drifting & cruise servers)

The colours on the server list are really annoying. I wish it would be possible to select "single" colours, also for player names. It's like watching a xmas three with 10x too much stuff on it.

if "drifting" will be category in serverlist - maybe in option (like 2 ways on road at cruise servers) will be "no handicaps" in drift servers?

You only have a couple of weeks as Patch Y is finalized and test patches are gone through. Then, the novelty of patch Y will be over and the majority will creep back into the woodwork only to come out now and then to complain about the lack of updates. Then, the racing server list won't be so large, and it will be mostly cruise and drift servers again for you

Well I gave up the bungers about 5 months ago, and my heart has made a full recovery. So, the palpitations must be directly related to d1rFt0Rx1ng and Cruising.

How does it affect you? If you want to cruise turn cruise to on and then your list looks exactly the same, it just gets rid of you from the server list for those of us who want to race.
