Well, I had a crash that I plan to make into a video, and while looking through it I found a nice view, and then I butchered it to make it look like rain...

As you can see, it was raining REALLY heavily.

To me that blur does look just a few sloppy strokes with a blur tool. Not photorealistic at all.

I think that those blurred spots are supposed to look like those "heat blurs" you often see in the distance on race tracks (and normal roads too).

THAANKS peeps, im just bluring spots with ''Blur tool'', i forgot about Gaussian blur , but it's nice tho.
