That looked like a one tough hit. Hope he is ok though and it looked like he was, i think...

The front left just disintegrated. Maybe there was some carbon fibre or something that punctured the tire but still it came out of nowhere

Almost the same. McLaren should have checked what caused the puncture already after the crash of Hamilton...

It looked almost like the wheelnut flew off the left front. You could see it on the external shot but I didn't see it on the onboard. As the ITV commentary crew mentioned, the fact you could see through the tub of the car is very distressing.
