Live for Speed X had a nice feature for looking around. I could bind wheel controller keys for looking left and right. If I wanted to look behind I could just press both of those buttons simultaneously to get the rear view. This was a great way to look around with a limited amount of buttons. It's vital to the G25 where there are only 2 buttons on the wheel: http://en.lfsmanual.net/wiki/Image:G25-Wheel.jpg
LFS Y changed this. The key combination for rear viewing doesn't work anymore. How can I simulate the same functionality on the current LFS version? This is giving me a bit of a headache. The amount of crashes I have caused against my will has increased because It's harder to look around now.
(To answer any obvious replies:
1: I could bind a dedicated button for the rear view but it won't help since it would require me to remove my hand from the wheel/shifter and search for the button from the shifter module. That's not as easy as one would think. -> Most likely results in a crash.
2: The mirrors are simply too small and limited to efficiently get a good view around. -> Most likely results in a crash.)
