Insomnia sucks, only recently have I returned to a remotely normal sleeping pattern, but now its stupidly hot and I can't get to sleep because of that instead!
I'm also a hard-core insomniac Just last night i went to bed at 2 am, couldn't sleep till 4:00, remembering there was an NBA finals and wathcing that till about 6:00 and "sleeping" till 08:30 when alarm for work went off...
I have basically 3 techniques which help, though they might be placebos:
1) drink a cup of hot milk with honey
2) drink a beer
3) Wank. Honestly, a good 3-4 minutes of wanking is usually enough to knock me out. For increased effect add a girlfriend.
From Tuesday to Friday I had about 3-4 hours sleep everynight, going back to work and being up at 7am for the first time in a couple of months is harder than I thought.
Though, on the Friday I went to bed at 1am and woke up at 1.30pm, so I caught up.
Something really bad happens, every time they mix beer with something, it tastes like utter crap.
Like the Cola-Bier i tasted in Germany, and some banana-beer, and those all so awesome cannabis beers.
Two good things don't necessarily make up a very good thing.
