Anyone eat this?.
I bloody LOVE chocolate, and have been having Lindt 85% cocoa excellence chocolate, because I am diabetic, it's good that high cocoa content chocolate means it doesn't have that much sugar in it.
I went to a specialist chocolate place at the weekend and brought a bar of 100% cocoa chocolate, but it almost tastes foul, is this normal?.
It's just the bitterness of it, it almost tastes like earwax, it's nice once it's started to melt and the earwax taste goes, but I don't think my palette will adapt to the bitterness.
Is this the same for all 100% cocoa chocolate?
