I have a question before i can tell the cars that i would like in S3. I've seen the tendency of using non-commercial car names in the game. I think there must be some kind of fee to pay to use those names if not correct me please... I'm guessing here :P

I would like to see car like (or these specific cars if possible):
- Mitsubishi Evolution (7-10) (if possible the 6 shifts versions :P)
- Subaru Impreza WRX STi
- Ariel Atom (this would be a cool one to have as it is for its uniqueness)

and it would be cool to have:
- Ferrari Enzo
- McLaren F1
- Bugatti Veyron

This is what lfs s3 should have. A legends series car. It´s a smaller replica of the very early nascar cars, but its not for ovals. It has a 1200cc yamaha motorcycle motor and it only weighs 500kg. it´s rwd and a lot of fun to watch and probably drive. It also looks nice. And the sound is just pure greatness

Modding is allowed, but distributing it isn't. So how the hell can you get online with custom cars...? I don't think there's a point doing that.

Id like to see the addition of a couple of new ranges and individual cars:

- A series of racing saloons possibly based on existing FXO, RB4 and XRT of a similar spec to BTCC/WTCC (inspired by BTCC servers). They'd have less downforce, less power and smaller diam/width racing tyres than the GT class of cars.

- A series of le mans prototype sports cars (1 open, 1 closed, at least 1 diesel) that could be used in conjunction with the GT cars to make a 5 car GT racing field for a le mans type series.

- A classic car from the late cross ply tyred era (60s/70s). Either sports or formula car with very original setup options (ie not many). Would prob need chassis flex modelling to be accurate.

I don't know if this model have already posted... and I'm a demo racer, but I will buy the licence soon. I want to propose electric cars, like the Tesla Roadster.
Don't say that electric cars are not fast / bad performances.
Tesla roadster can make 0-100 Km/h in 3.9 sec.
BTW... with electric cars is possibile to make an endurance championship (e.g. until you end your batteries) or there can be sun-powered cars. In Suzuka every year they make an endurance race O_O

A 1,1 55 bhp XF. I want to drive my Punto in LFS!!! Would be a nice UF competition i guess. It's Alsmot 400 kg heavier though.

It is not a XFT but a VW scirocco, with 200BHP... You have winner a car!!

Well, some may complain, I have no licence, others will find my idea to be said a thousand times too often but I did not really want to read the whole thread...


My suggestion would of course be a RB4 GTR (with RWD), but also an Honda NSX style car. A flattish mid-engined sports car with say a V6 or inline 6 (or a 5cylinder just for the sake of sound :razz and 2.5 to 3 litres of capacity. It could be a little lighter than the FZ 50 and have just about an equal power/weigh ratio. Of course there could be a GTR version á la JGTC later with a little turbo.


I also liked the touring car thing but then again it get's boring if you have all the turbo, GTR and touring car conversions of the same cars so maybe there would be a need of 2 or 3 new 4-door sedans with either RWD or FWD...

These ARE used on ovals, infact they only race on ovals in the uk, see!
