Infact many WR holders can't hold a candle to established racers, because the WR holders often set their best times after 3487389 attempts, using a setup that only lasts 2 laps, with 0.1% fuel and with very aggressive geometery so it's probbably very difficult to drive at that pace consistently. Many WR holders PB's are 0.5-1second slower during a normal race than their WR, which can be down to both the driver 'not trying' (although since they have a WR, they think they're uber leet and have to beat everyone, so I doubt that) or more likely that their setup is holding them back.

A common misconception. If you have a WR, you know how to fracking drive, plain and simple. Most WR holders have the know-how to turn a WR set into a race set and be very competitive with it.

I regularly race with WR holders past and present and I'd love it if they just crashed out everywhere. But, sadly they keep it going for 1-2 hours.

We have numerous WR holders, past and present, in CoRe, myself included. Each of us has our specialties. I happen to be the open-wheel specialist (or was, having not played since I started racing motorcycles in real life). And all of us are extremely good racers.

Whele i actualy find alot of fast guys on busy servers drving like there the only ones on the track on cobos wher im just like 1 secons slower they rame me off

It's so frustrating so i pick on them sometimes the race after that

Yeah, Rudy, Pallu, Fox 2, Eza, Huppis, Darkone, Bawbag, etc. are all really bad racers, I have first hand experience of that.

I have only ever met one multiple WR holder who couldn't race. Out of hundreds, i'd say that aint bad.

No names but he is French and is banned from here

close between drifters and 'racers' for me. I have no problem with regular down-to-earth racers who take the game for what it is, a game. What I hate are the kind of people who obsess over it, where the game has to be as close to reality as possible and are so anal it's unbelievable. If you want something like real life, try real life

Drifters, though I dislike drifting they seem to be one of the 'persecuted' groups here, who, much like cruisers and banger racers take a lot of stick because they find a different use for the game other than pure racing

Oh, I had great fights with him, or rather, against him. The good old days, when I found Blackwood/FOX a lot of fun. Maybe I still have some replays somewhere, I'll have a look.
