Well, I'm not that good yet.....middle of the road. But FAR better than I was a couple weeks ago when I started. That is due to practice and the GREAT help and support that I've received form some really good people
That's just made the game THAT much more fun. Truthfully, I find some of the "middle-of-the-road" players (like myself)...to be some of the worst to race with. I don't mind people doing "silly" things....but I DO hate when someone "unrealistically" plows into you in T1 and usea you as a cushion so that they can take the turn faster than they should....slide into you sideways....they bounce straight...and your in the grass
I have FASTER racers on my tail...and getting under me ALL THE TIME . They aren't racing realistically. In a real race, your don't just plow into a car because your faster....you wait for the proper moment and pass him CLEAN.
When I have a racer behind me that is CLEARLY fast than me....I let him pass. This keeps the race going smooth...and is better than trying to "block" him...and then one of us (if not both) end up off the track.
Sometimes the FAST racers are SO concern with there lap time and the competition that they are WORSE than a noob!
And sometimes the FAST racers are just good guys, that help you out...race clean...and even let you get the best out of a turn, to avoid a crash. These are truly FUN players and make this game really worth while.
We all should try to be a little more like some of those cats
For what it's worth
