IMO in drifting its more of a do or die thing.. because u cant really change your line once you go into a drift you can only control what angle your gonna be once you exit via counter steering. Also drifting would be slower because your going against the force of the tyres uhh i think thats how you say it.. what i mean is that your constantly losing speed when your counter steering so if you had zero resistance or counter steer while drifting it would effectively be faster right? Thats what i think anyway

In racing or grip driving you have more control and you do not have to counter steer so your tyres arent acting against the friction as your tyres want to grip cos thats what tyres are for right?

On another note reference to intial D IT IS AN ANIME ITS NOT REAL SO IT CAN MAKE AS MUCH BS AS IT WANTS. though i do like the series ^^

Hey guys ive just made a track guide of Blackwood in the FBM. Its a lap of my until recent pb 1:13:51 showing how I went around each corner.

It was done by using screenshots and im hoping to make a video version of it later but bear with the picture one for now and tell me what i could improve on (besides my use of pictures:razz

i got appointed admin not long ago and its quite a hard job
harder than it looks
anywayz whats the dumbest excuse a crasher has used while you were admin or you have witnessed

today this guy (wont mention name) kept crashing in the sever and his excuse was his mouse kept jamming but somehow he managed to turn right into the race leader banned him for 3 days and told him not to come back until he buys a new mouse

thanks guys this is really helpful. So to sum things up flatshifting doesnt really get u to the better edge by a lot. LoL my car always jerks when i shift with autoclutch esp. going down the gears

Ok so ive played around with lfs for quite a while in the XFG unlike the FBM u can choose to either flatshift or lift off and shift now i want to know what are the benefits of flat shifting compared to lifting off and shifting in the XFG.

Then i went to a computer store and they had the MOMO for $120 and the DF GT for $166

Hey guys Ive decided that i want to get a wheel, but due to my parents distrust with internet transactions i'm looking for a steering wheel i can pickup preferably in sydney's western region, or can somebody tell any retailers that will sell steering wheels. Due to my finances i can only manage a MOMO Racing wheel or and DFP or DFGT

im not extremely fast either my pb is 1:14:97 and sometimes its a pain in the ass to pass someone who is desperate to keep their position but in reality they are holding you up and the people behind the person trying to pass. Today when i was racing I was about to make a pass right after the straight only to find him pushing me off the track resulting in me slamming the wall
Sometimes people have to realise that they just arent fast enough to keep up and they might aswell let their position go, this happens in F1 as well though i cant remember who
