Quote from ilbens :Even when watching from the stream it was clear that Joonas couldn't have left any more room. Dennis is a mäyräkoira. (Yes, I went that far and talked in my native language to make you feel offended)

I dont care what you said there, it isnt place to overtake. You must be extremely głupi if you overtake there around the outside, expecially with drivers like Dennis who isnt Jenson Button never ever in history of LFS went without contact... And oh well, not my fault Joonas cant hold one simple slide...

Quote from ilbens :Who said anything about crashing? That "destroy Dennis" thing? Pfft... It's about destroying Dennis and his whole team mentally by beating him in the race no matter that he crashed us to the last minutes behind the lead and leaving us to survive the GT9-passing mayhem.

First of all, Joonas crashed into him, and if you disagree then well... Keep tell that to yourself...

Regards, Joonas "I'll destroy Dennis" Koskinen

Simply because he did nothing wrong compare to your driver. And you even saying that Joonas going to crash him on purpose.

After test race in wind i must say So much fun! It really took good 10 laps to see whats going on... Like on test race (braking 2-5meters later to T1, turn in earlier T2 and very cautious, T3 ealier on brake, T4 3 meters later braking, quick left right just remember extremely slippery on exit, 3rd gear right earlier braking and epic exit grip, rest was basically same apart from 2nd last corner when you had to brake good 10-15 meters earlier and 3 meters later braking to last corner... easy ) Its just matter of how quick you can learn things and also you must be very carreful on begin, then really everything is fine

Quote from MoMo92i :Please don't say that there isn't enough time to test that layout. In real life there is only 2 hrs practise session for an ELMS race and even in Le Mans there is only 12hrs of testing before the race, starting on wednesday. That chicane will not change drastically setups anyway...and there is only one corner to learn.

Diffrence is, some are not real racing drivers hello? Dont compare us to Le Mans man Expecially from teams below top10 it might be difficult to learn it properly, without any mistakes...

All the updates and statements of press conference:
10.15:
The news conference has now come to a close, with doctors saying they hope to be able to give a further update later today.
10.14:
A consultant added: "What we observed initially was an impact to the right side of the head. He was agitated when he came in. He had some spontaneous movements and wasn't in a normal state when he came in."
10.10:
At the news conference Professor Stéphane Chabarde said: "I came here not in terms of a doctor but as a friend. I'd like to thank everyone for the support and the excellent medical team who treated him so well.
"I am very worried just like his family, we are very worried about his condition. the doctors won't tell you more because they can't tell you more, they are working hour by hour.
"This kind of accident, luckily he's 45 which is better than if you were older."
10.07:
Dr Stephan Chabardes said: "The helmet wasn't enough to protect him completely but it really did help. We see a lot of head injuries like this."
10.06:
Professor Payen: "We have very good medical procedures and we did actually treat him very quickly and give him what he needed very quickly."
10.05:
Professor Payen added: "We are in constant contact with his family that are by his bedside. At this moment we don't see he is going to need a second operation."
10.04:
Professor Payen continued: "We can say he is fighting for his life. We judge him to be in a very serious situation. We cannot tell what the outcome will be yet. We are working hour-by-hour but it's too early to say what is going to happen and to have a prognosis.
"We think his helmet did help, without a helmet he wouldn't be here now."
10.00:
Professor Jean-Francois Payen added: "I'd say this accident happened in the right place because he was taken into hospital immediately and operated on as soon as he arrived, this meant his state is critical and he is still in a coma and he will be kept in a coma.
"Everything that needed to be done has been done at the moment we can't really say when he will recover, we cannot answer this yet."
09.59:
A spokesman for the hospital said: "Michael Schumacher was the victim of very serious trauma. He was very agitated when he arrived and we decided he was in a critical situation and he quickly went into a coma.
"The neurosurgical treatment he received brought us quite a lot of information. We had to operate urgently to release some pressure in his head. Unfortunately, he has some lesions within his brain."

Well i belive he is not dead... Because if he would, every single television channel, every single site would talk about it. Just like it was with recent death of Dan Wheldon and Allan Simonsen. We knew literally immediatelly about their condition. It was pretty much same with every other racers that died. I hope he is going to wake up from this coma thing. I really do. As much as i never was a fan of him, we cant lose him... Atleast not like that.

First of all we should think why it should be out there in the first place. Because people can't handle curbs? Driving offroad? Hitting tires? Cant find a proper apex? Struggle with proper braking points? Well, there is only one thing for it, practise and learn, thats it. The Boothy Chicane was probably designed (as far as i know) to make it safer for the car and driving itself... Curbs that were there could ruin a race in matter of a single lap and it was very dangerous if you would make a mistake at +200kmh for others. You had to do it pretty much perfect every time... Now lets take a look at Aston, again why? Car doesnt get any damage because of the curb, speeds are much lower than the whole SC3 and SC4... If you want another slow corner... Why again? T1, T3, T4, T5 and 2nd last corner really is not enough? All of them are second gear corners so again... Pointless to make another one. Cant find proper apex... On begin of practising on GTWS server, there was quite seenable cone which maked it easier to do, so thats the solution straight away. Hitting tires, well thats an FZR problem mostly because you cant really bounce on the curbs there so thats only reason i can find... Thats not enough to completely change the corner. I found it unnecessary and unreasonable at all, just keep the old one... Nobody complained that much since past 8 years, its a challenging corner which can make or ruin quali, same the race... I will vote for NO, i dont want this chicane and above i explained why.

Quote from Kristi :I still don't see how an XRR with turbo lag is easier than an FZR which is just all out power at any of the time. Not to mention the easily flippable chassis. They are totally different cars, not even worth comparing. The trend is changing. Back when only spdo drove XRRs, everyone was hugging on the FZR. Now it's kinda different. Anyways, in last race 5 cars were FZR out of 11 and 5 XRR, so I don't see the bragging about being "hardcore" and sticking with FZR.

Driving FZR is diffrend... Exactly as you said in FZR you have all that massive power at any given moment. It takes one small mistake and back goes around. You have to be much more precise in XRR to be fast, simply because its easy and i know because i get P1 in both. Its just is. And for me people who get into FZR are more brave, because we all know XRR nowdays in GT1 and GT2 is basically faster. Wish to see FZR grid back on stream.

Quote from Framaris :Can't remember seeing any mention of wind for this champ and you announce it just before the race...

And I thought you really wanted this champ to be a success...how wrong was I?

And it is a briliant idea to have wind in a race... More realistic, also you dont know the wind week before race... You know about it propably on raceday or day before And lol why is it a bad? All the drivers will adapt to it within 10 laps or even less for some so i cant see any problem with it.

Anyway, #30 is correct.
