If somebody goes to the grass at that point he wont be able to avoid sliding back to the track no matter how hard he is braking, you know it just like everybody....
I finished my stint in lap 86 in 10th place then in lap 88 we started to have disonnects, and soon we had -9 laps due to disconnects and that we couldnt come back to server...
Good idea, but it would be even better if the reconnecting player (not necesserily the same who disconnected) could take over the car from the AI on the track, like in arcade games for example (3-2-1-you drive). This way a disconnection would only result in maybe only a few second loss (that the slow AI would have to drive the car until the new driver takes it over).
Maybe it's just a dream .
If you want to balance the two cars for the whole race and whole championship you have to consider that XRR needs less pitstop and also that AS GP is a track for FZRs. I dont get it what's so hard to understand about it. IMO the FZR should have been faster in one lap, but as you like.
Well, It's not our problem that you crash in first corner and have disconnects... :P
I know that you are the best driver in the world but I don't think that those guys on the list with FZR's would be that much slower. (If I am right N1lyn beat you in etm :P) The fact that there is only 1 XRR's among the fastest cars only show that there was only one top class XRR driver in the field (with a proper set at least).
Now I think it's obvious that +15 kg handicap is too much for FZR's, knowing that Bawbag was 2nd in the qual and also in best lap in the race and that XRR's need to pit less and that AS GP used to be a track that favors FZRs (not to mention the severe engine damage of FZR's).
"No driver may drive more than 45% of the race distance. This number is calculated by the number of laps covered by the winning team. Any fractional amount of laps will be rounded up to a full number of laps. The admins will provide an estimate of that 45% figure before the race. All laps driven by the respective driver that exceed the 45% or the estimate, whichever is higher, will be deducted from the team’s total laps."
It's from the rules. Estimate is 242 laps, winning team has 238. Scheuerle did 241 so I guess they are OK.
Now i see that you have already found out somehow and I officially confirm that Infinity team won't be racing in MOE anymore as 2 of us joined Cyber Racing.
Basically the idea behind publishing the sets I used for MHR Rank is to make my life easier cos it's faster to reply the link to the setups for those who request it through LFSWorld than to email it to them one by one. Maybe one who plans to start doing the MHR rank can also benefit from it.
Most of these sets are modestly modified versions of older wr sets from teaminferno.hu , or sets I got from kind people. Because of the new shifting system some cars (GTR's, Formulas) needed new gear ratios.
Don't expect a wonder as I used about 45-90 minutes to hotlap each combo, but I think it's good for start.
Zachary: It's almost the same as using a tweaked car... Sure I could do a wr the same wall-using way but everyone can also tweak the car so why shouldn't be that allowed too...
Take a look at that hotlap. He is using an exploit that shouldn't be there: he is using the wall to slow down the car rapidly 2 times on the track and gets huge time advantage with this and LFS doesn't detect the wall hit. I hope this exploit will be removed cos its very unrealistic and sad to see hotlaps like this.
Mot3c made the video, but thanks anyway
I don't know why he is focusing so much on crashes and mistakes in the video, it seems like we are full of noobs and idiots on the track
