As suggested above did you check that the "Show empty servers" option is set to yes at the bottom of the list?
I have attached an image to show you where
Scawen, would it not be a good idea to set the show empty servers to on by Default? I've lost count of the number of times I've had to try and explain to people why they can only see a few 10's of servers instead of the hundreds available. Many people think my server closed years ago when in fact it's been running all the time, just often empty these days.
Noticed that idiot trying to join my server a few times last week.
My airio settings caught his name and autobanned him but he did return later with another non racist username but with the same nickname as before so I banned that account too. No doubt the sad little child has many other accounts.
Well my original comment still stands. If he was using hacks (i.e. Cheats) then he does not deserve to play.
If he meant tweaks that he'd used before on a tweak enabled server and they no longer work, then that's just tough, you mess around with the game who knows what problems might show up.
And I wasn't implying he made the hacks, as you say the vast majority would not have a clue how to, but it's very easy to download cheats that someone else has made.
So why would he be trying to enter a server that might allow tweaks but he's evidently turned them off for at least 48 hours because of a CPW error. Wouldn't be much point joining a tweak server that doesn't allow tweaks. And how do you know he means tweaks, he says hacks.
Usaste hacks, no mereces jugar el juego en absoluto.
Incluso si usted ahora los ha quitado demuestra que usted no tiene ninguna consideración para el juego limpio y habría continuado probablemente a utilizarlos si usted no había conseguido cogido.
You used hacks, you do not deserve to play the game at all.
Even if you have now removed them it proves you have no regard for fair play and would probably have continued to use them if you hadn't got caught.
Well I don't often drive the Formula cars but assuming Ibtasim6781 is correct the answers are in the post above re wheel rotation degrees.
For colours in your name just hit the Ctrl key.
I'm sorry I don't understand what you mean by that.
The only reason I ban anyone from the servers I have admin on are for Cheating, deliberate crashing, abusive behavior or for breaking the servers rules (after a number of warnings first).
If you have any reason to believe you have been banned unfairly you are welcome to contact the server owner and explain your Issues. Please note I will have the replays of any incidents.
You fail to understand my point. I am not in the least bit concerned if you are faster than me or not. The issue is you have used cheats on a server, that is the only reason I have banned you. You have even admitted it yourself "to amuse yourself". Did you not read the rules of the server or the EULA of LFS, it is not acceptable to use cheats for any reason. You used a cheat you got banned. You no longer have any respect from any decent minded driver. As for a challenge I'm quite sure you would beat me, but I will not knowingly entertain anyone who has cheated in a game for whatever reason.
Well that's up to the individual server admins to decide, as long as you are aware of the rules the server admins have laid down as acceptable behaviour on their servers. Would be a bit harsh to be banned for cutting apexes, maybe a warning and a removal from race if you didn't comply would be more appropriate if they were the rules on that server.
Of course I accept there are many better drivers than me. I am fairly average at best.
What you did was use cheats to get good times, I have replays as do many others of you using a hack that allowed you to start from pits with tyres already up to optimum temperature, a clutch that would not overheat regardless of how you treated it, and a speed hack. That is why I banned you. What controller you use to drive with is irrelevant. You cheated, you got banned from the AMG servers.
What I was saying here is that you should have your account banned permanently from all servers for cheating.
You may well be able to drive sucessfully without cheats and probably much faster than me. But like so many pathetic and immature idiots you cheated, end of story, nobody has any respect for cheats and they do not deserve to play again.

Reason : spelling mistake
As has been pointed out many time before, IP bans do not work very well. It's very easy for someone to change their IP address . I'm sure the pathetic immature people who's only goal in life seems to be to create havoc on servers and ruin other peoples fun will have already discovered how to bypass IP bans.
The main use I have seen for using 100's of accounts is for these idiots who want to use cheats and crash/ruin races etc.. they get banned by an admin and then rejoin with another account straight away. We had a few months of this on the AMG servers a while ago, so we had to implement a minimum experience level requirement to be able to join the track.
Although this isn't perfect it does require them to get their other accounts up to the required ex level before they can join this certainly reduces their return rate as they have to spend time driving sensibly on other airio servers before they can join.
Well I can understand the lap being invalid due to the crash etc... but they should not be displayed as pb time for that driver if they are clearly unacheivable with normal driving.
It does have some repercussions for others in that they can't compare lap times and for some servers it bypasses a limit set on laptime to be allowed to join (although I undertstand that is a not a standard LFS limitation e.g. Airio etc..)
I also do not understand why known cheat drivers do not have their accounts terminated permanently. For example, the self admitting lucasazedo earlier in this thread (who I had already banned from a server for using a speed hack before you added the recent CPW changes). I realise he could just use another account but it might be some deterrent if all the effort he had put into building his reputation/points etc were wiped out.
Well I would have thought it was preferable to make it as much inconvenience as possible for the pathetic people who want to cheat. Nothing ruins a game more than having to play against cheats. If people were getting banned rather than just kicked for non cheat addons then that is a bit harsh but that's the risk you take for using an unsupported addon.
On the subject of cheats and lap times that are clearly impossible, would it not be possible to remove the times from the database? It's very annoying that times that were either done on a tweak server or by some cheat method are displayed.
Try joining track and switch to keyboard controls, then reselect the wheel option again. Exit and restart LFS, and then recalibrate wheel in LFS making sure ffb option is selected.
That worked for me when I had a similar problem
I assume from the flag you are from Australia. It might be that your high latency from there is causing the servers to auto kick you for lagging, or as happens sometimes the server sees you as crashing or driving the wrong way due to the lag. Many servers are set to auto kick for wrong way driving etc... See if you can find a server nearer to you with less latency, and see if you get kicked there.
Also be aware there are many servers run by childish people who think it's fun to just kick people for no reason, just learn not to go to those.
Also try Corse Motorsports servers.
They are usually fairly busy around 18:00 - 22:00 (BST). I am one of the Admins there and we have good clean racing.
Just recently I reinstalled LFS and the logitech profiler for my G25 after a system rebuild.
I had no FFB effects as you described.
I uninstalled the logitech profiler software, disconnected the wheel from the USB port.
Reinstalled the Logitech software and only plugged in the G25 when prompted.
After that I had ffb resistance to turning the wheel, but still no effects from kerbs, crashes etc...
I got mine back by going into the LFS options, controllers section and switching my controller over to keyboard, joined the track, and then went back into the controllers section and reselected the G25 wheel as the controller.
After that just reclaibrated the wheel and it's been fine for the past few weeks.
So give that a go, and maybe backup all your LFS skins/setups etc and reinstall LFS as well, if my above solution doesn't work.
