Im not a 3ds pro but im gonna tell u what i see. First, maybe im wrong but are u using Vray or Brazil to render? Looks more like Vray but......assuming you are using Brazil (easier to achieve car renders [don't know if it is better]) looks like the first one have a big plane (white) with self illumination over the car (That's what makes the white reflection on half the car) + Skylight (white) + Indirect illumination turned on and (Maybe) Enviroment Map. and thats it......Plus some PS (Diffuse Shine [don't know the right translation])
I hope it helps you but please, don't take mine like THE final word, im just learning like you (more modelling then rendering). Tutorials and experimenatation are the right way
Wow! i must say this is a very good start. Sounds impressive =)
I don't know if someone said it already but would be good idea that the backfire do not sound exactly in center of both speakers. In order to give a little more depth they should be (depending on the car) 75% in the left and a 25% in the right. Like in musical recording where we have a guitar in the left and the other in the right, the bass in the middle, etc.
Anyway, I hope my feedback helps to improve even more your work =)
But....if u make the FXR closer (in lap times) to the FZR or XRR, then who is gonna chose them for a champ? we all know that is easyer to make mistakes, burn the tires off, and the chances to crash are bigger using them (in 20-30 lap races).
The FZR-XRR are the usual chose for the faster drivers, while FXR is the one for those who make more mistakes and look for a secure race (without crashing) or the FWD lovers.....
Im a RWD fan, i just love the funny tail, and i even chose them if i know im going to lose but think Carlos idea is ok (reduce the tire or increase the weight on the FXO) because no one chose the XRT! , and a little bit of power for the FXR (But not too much!!! )
Thats what I think, NOT the truth....so, don't get mad =)
Try using SocksCap. Is a tool which can make software passing through socks proxy by packet encapsulation. I have the same problem with a Proxy Server and SocksCaps solved it.....
Install it in your computer and set it up to use the http port (80) with LFS.exe.
