Im in!!! Although I dunno when i can get my license... Most probably by Xmas... But then again, i might not have enuff practise with the other RWD cars... U might want to specify which RWD car ur gonna use... cos I might not have time to practise every car. Thanks =D
Omg... Im surprised to see this kind of question... The G25 is technically the best wheel on the market, I'd buy one even if it uses up my life savings.
Need to know, if the Twin Turbo 2 Supreme racing wheel is compatible with LFS? Im quite sure that wheel isn't very well-known... I saw it in a shopping mall selling at SGD $75.00. I wanted to buy it for LFS, but dunno if it is compatible... help please.
And, if it isn't too much of a hassle, can anyone give me a rough review of the wheel? Thanks

Reason : Forgot to include "2" in Twin Turbo 2 Supreme hehe
Yea, i believe the RWD cars are trickier to drive. But if u dont prefer RWDs, there're not many other cars to drive. (My opinion... may be wrong since i dont own a license ) Like there's the XRT, XRR, RA, FZ50, and others that are RWD, beside the open-wheeled. There's only a handful of AWD and FWD cars. Maybe a WR setup from Team Inferno can relieve you of your RWD blues
Since Im planning to get an S2 license soon, can u guys advice me and others how and where to begin... I was thinking of mastering one car on each and every track, and if i finished I'd juz move on to the next... but this seems way too time-consuming hehe. Any advise?

Haha, the Straits Times (Singapore) reviewed the Logitech G25 wheel and in it they mentioned "The G25 works best with great racing titles like the Gran Turismo series and Live For Speed."
I cant talk my mom into letting me buy a license too. My sis owes me a bday present since May and she still refuses to buy me the S2 license. She says it's a total waste of money. I feel like slapping her fricking face, especially when she has good pay and is married! Grrr...
Robble I like ur point 4... Maybe I'll try it... haha
I HATE MY SISTER
You're asking abit too much...
Point 2: Juz get used to it. Why bother about the names?? Go ahead and name them Tom or Jack or anything u want if the XRTs or FZ50s are not nice enuff. Ur a demo racer =.= How many centuries do u need to remember XFG, XRG and XRT?
For point 3, the AI cars are fine unless they bang each other (Remote possibility) and if u bang them and mess up their racing lines. Set them to pro and see if they're still "haywire".
About ur last paragraph, if all these things are added in the list would be so cluttered and so laggy. Juz look for a server wif a fair number of ppl, wif the right cars and right track, enter it and see how it's like, shouldn't take u more than 15 secs.
Again: you're expecting too much. Buy S2 first and see how much it offers. Im getting mine this Christmas =) Juz be glad that ur playing one of the best racing sims on the planet. Peace.
Hmm, maybe u need permission for that too? If u want totally real-life driving, TestDrive Unlimited's the best. Other than that, its interesting that besides TDU not many other games use real-life tracks (Correct me if im wrong)
F1? He's talking about rally!! Wad's it gotta do wif F1? I'd like to see F1 drifting... haha, they're RWD after all. This discussion is turing hostile. Again: You all just have to tolerate. Some like drifting, some gripping, some others like rallies... get over it.
Hi,
I tried playing the online multiplayer demo and when i spec people their actions seem to be laggy. Even when they are in front of me their car seems to appear here and there. Issit bcos im in singapore... far frm europe? Anyway, are these lagness still present when playing the s2 online multiplayer? (Really hope someone understands me XD)
Haha... this ruins my impression of an F1 car, thought that they shuld be super-fast and super-kool (im being stupidly childish here). V8 looks like an f1 car from the 80s hehe
Errr y are we bickering over annual incomes? Chill.
LFS is one of the best (if not the best) sim... good graphics, good physics, nice machines, different tracks etc, that's why im dying to get my hands (err... pun here) on the S2 license.
Btw, this is abit off topic, but i'd like to ask, I tried playing the online multiplayer demo and when i spec people their actions seem to be laggy. Im in singapore... far frm europe, so are these lagness still present when playing the s2 online multiplayer?
