I think the cockpit view in LFS isnt comparable with a real life cockpit. Why dont we ban all mouse and keyboard players because they have an unrealistic input?
Forcing people to do something they normally dont do is definitly a step in the wrong direction.

I hate it. I was today on an Autocross server and I felt like a bird in a cage. Remove this crappy option.

I drove chase cam for over 2 years now because LFS has like every Racing Game offered the ability to do this. And now? I must relearn driving. Thx. Scawen. Remove it. Please.

Import the 3ds file. The *.max files are for 3dmax 8. All you gotta do is recreate Brazil Materials for the rim. Take the materials from your scene as the base and tweak them to the rim. And dont ask every 5 minutes. Try yourself.

Hit M to bring up the Material Editor. Scroll down to "Body Add skin" Click on it. The grey square next to Diffuse. Click on it. Select Bitmap. Browse to your skinfile.
