I drove the scirocco in Leipzig and the car seemed nearly finished to me. But I dont know how much perfection the devs will put in it.

Well easiest solution would be to check the vob files with reference files from master server when entering a server. If the *.vobs are modded user cant enter.
I dont know if we have this already...

But this would leave enough space for experimental things and wouldnt destroy the gameplay.

the bodykit isnt the interesting thing, its the method of getting it in the game.

In no LFS folder. Its for skin developers. You can generate skins out of it. So you need an aplication that can read psd files. Photoshop or Gimp.
