The program itself can go into Program Files, but userdata should not. In Vista and 7 the Program Files directory is protected from writing new files in it. I.e. if you install LFS there, and then go about to copy setups, replays etc to the LFS data folder, you will get permission denied.
Yeah, I wasn't sure if this was something fairly easy to implement or would require a lot of work. But if it means a total rewrite of the physics engine, I suppose it's out of the question at this time.

Nvidia has released beta drivers with OpenCL support, as has ATI too I believe. Would LFS benefit from using OpenCL for its physics calculations, and how much work would it be to implement it in LFS?

It's using port 80 (http) for connections. Compared to RDC it's much easier to set up and control computers over the Internet. Teamviewer also has some other things, like presentation mode and file transfer. Look in Task Manager if there's something putting a lot of load on the CPU.
Invalid hotlap bug?
Was comparing some hotlaps on lfsworld, and came across this one.
On SO2/XRG it says: "hugoluis's hotlap was not valid and will soon be removed." The replay was uploaded 16-06-2009. I checked the replay, but can't see anything wrong in it.

Do the usual, scan for malware, test the memory, disable 3rd party firewall if you have, smack Josh in the face etc...

Snow tyres already went on my car about a week ago. Not much snow on the ground, but it's rather cold so the ground freezes and it's slippery as hell. A bit early to put snow tyres on though, 2 years ago I didn't have to do it until late November.
Some people actually prefer to have the original image in a lossless high quality format, and process it in an image editing software, rather than working with a crappy jpg image that is missing a lot of details.
I can't seem to get the !delete command to work, to delete a players stats. If I type !delete fzr <player> nothing happens.

As you can see in the attached images, in the Online Racer Stats window it correctly shows you as offline, but in the Online Race Results window it shows you as online. No big deal really, just something I noticed. 
Also noticed that on the Online Race Results page, it says people are online, even if they are not. Don't know if these bugs are related though.
