I should thank you for that since I had the same problem. Syncro-Racing seems to be pretty organized and since this means that I will finally put my rFactor license to good use, I'm going to register on their forum.
I'd like to check if the participants have practiced enough to not be a danger for the others and to see if there is any form of lag and if it's a quick fix or a persistent problem so the answer is unfortunately no.
Your logic is flawed. By that you've basically distributed illegal copies of a product which was made by real people that rely on it to give them a steady income.
Yet again, I must use the endless line of "Isn't the demo enough to make up your mind? You get three cars on two tracks for an infinite amount of time, something you don't get in other games. Shouldn't that be enough?" Of course they are gonna be excited about having the full content for nothing, have you seen someone that said no to a free thing?
There are other ways to convince them to buy a license then to hand them cracked copies. Show them some really impressive movies, host some demo races, etc. If that alone, isn't enough, then it's quite clear that they aren't that interested in LFS.
To get back on topic, I will agree with boothy, it was utterly horrid. But that doesn't mean that it can't be improved as it's been said above. Rome wasn't built in a day but even so, I think you could have put more effort into this one to make it acceptable.
Keep trying and eventually, you should get better
This decision is not based on the poll for a reason which I will further explain in this post.
The participants that voted no, did so because they couldn't participate if the rounds started earlier because of their jobs, choirs, homework, etc.
The participants that voted yes, did so mostly because it's too late. I understand that it might get close to/past midnight for some of you but I myself have to stay up pretty late since I'm in GMT+2. Not to mention the added hours I spend afterward calculating the points and updating the tables.
I only ask of you to have determination and go a couple of hours past your bedtime.

As long as the skin doesn't contain any offensive material, you are free to have what skin you like. Although if FJr will be broadcasted, then having your number on the rear lateral wings will be mandatory.
Yes, the league is full, therefore Tomblord88 has been put on the reserve list. That means that he may only join the official sessions if there is no other signed driver to replace him.
In case you haven't noticed, by those rules, you would have gotten a drive through penalty... I decided that it was too much so I changed the rule. The rulebook hasn't been updated since I was quite busy pre-arranging the result tables and afterward calculating the points. I'm sorry for my unprofessionalism , will do it now.
It has been brought to my attention that some participants are a bit unhappy with the current schedule. I have informed them that the most I can do is make the rounds start 1 hour earlier.
This poll is here to decide if the action shall be taken or not.
