Although it's not been updated to patch Z yet, I think it does what you want. Well, I know it allows the camera to go higher, but not sure about lower. It's worth asking Rooble to update it and ask wether it's possible to go lower.

Out of the list on here, i'd say Megadeth. But my favourite band of all time is Metallica.

Outworld probably have one of the best guitarists, Rusty Cooley.

Who influenced music the most, again from that list, Zeppelin probably.
