I never had the 6-pin in before cus it wasn't in the box so i thought i didn't need one or it would at least of shown up. I went to the shop and got one today.
i have the power in and got my graphics card working yay 
Thats what i expected, but i get absoloutly nothing. Can't even install drivers.
it's not connected to any power, just in the PCIE. I am gonna go to the shop and pick up a 6 pin connector to see if that helps. But i thought it would of at least shown up no?
ye, i just changed it to PCIE but it didnt work.
Nothing shows up. I have checked my bios but not found it on there either.
nVida 9800GT not showing
I just built my first PC from the ground up. i have a 2.5 GHz Q8300 quad on an MSI G31M3 Mobo with an nVidia 9800GT 1GB by Inno3D. At the moment i am running on the intel onboard graphics because my 9800GT is not showing up on the device manager for me to install the drivers for it. Besides the off chance it isn't in properly (pretty sure it is/have double checked) what could be stopping it from showing up?
Does it need an external power supply? There were no other cables in the box however.

i haven't added an LFS vid to favourites in a long time so congratulations! Very nice video, the opening shots were in particular brilliant.

Also watched death proof. now there is no plot to it, it's just car chases and killings, after the first 30 mins. But the final car chase is great fun to watch.

That BBC freeview stuff is well... stupid to say the least.
yes, that car was better there and another car was better at another track. but none of them were consistently good.
Bring some and get a kangaroo TV (although kinda expensive) so you can see the live timing and get the team radio etc.
tbh, your best off getting an admissions ticket and carrying a picnic chair around with you. they are anything from free(friday) to £80(full weekend) i believe.
The TV stands are everywhere pretty much. It's obvious that your a bit too arrogant to watch F1 with us fools who know nothing about F1 so I'll leave it at that, there's no point trying to explain to someone as magnificently knowledgeable as you.

imo none of those cars are better than the brawns, yes they beat the brawns but they aren't better. The drivers in them made the most out of the situations they were put in.
What car other than the red bull is/has been better than the brawn?
I finished 12th of 21 in the rain. It was my first time driving in the wet and getting used to driving completely off the line was an odd feeling lol. the karts had slick tires on and also some stupid mechanism which stopped you from left foot braking. Anyway i got used to it in my second heat (of 3) but just as it was going good i got punted off and was last by about 5 seconds after having to get it out the wet grass. I got a string of 5th places after 8th 5th and 8th again in my 3 heats, stupid random grid orders. There were some pretty good drivers with a lot of experience there, one guy had driven super 1 karts, another was from the Birmingham uni motorsport club and a few other drivers have/had their own karts. Still feel disappointed with myself though but i have much experience to gain.
i would of thought alonso would be a bit higher up for sure.

well, lewis has an mbe no? so i guess jenson and ross will be getting at least that much.
