Probably because you have a MASSIVE world and there is just a maximum amount of mobs for the server.

Servers that are always there nonetheless.

I'd rather join an official server than a random server with some clan name or w/e.

I rarely see any servers other than cruise, drift or demo, the rest of the servers are empty.

Also, more interaction about what's going on would be better.
