They propably have a tweaker from.. umm.. Robbie, it was realesed for few minutes after deleting by moderators ^^. It had no license protection and was able to tune all cars. Certainly they dont have Bobs tweaker .
See Mercedes SL65 AMG... 1000Nm of torque . Personaly, i would like to see nice, old american muscle with solid axe in the back *_*. A sedan with plenty of power and AWD(something like EVO), some nice really powerfull supercars(340KM in the most powerfull road car in LFS is not much ^^), LX8... slicks and no wings *_*.
Well... Bob said... long time ago(December) that He is/was making the tweak......... and that it is/was uber-everything... well...it might be out... someday..... There is still hope . He is working on VHPA now i suppose ... i hope that after VHPA he will share his tweaker . I miss tweaking cars(and spending hours on it ) and making them as close as possible to real cars :lovies:
Btw. I have strange feeling that he might be working on it , on some kind of anti-demo system for his tweaker right now .
Ok Bob... well... got a problem. I was trying to recreate Dodge Challenger R/T from sites you added to links. I clicked to save vehicle data and this what happened. Btw.: I started creating the car from one of the cars from LFS(maybe it is something with that?)... i mean I created new vehicle using deafult data from LFS car.
They can... but I think they will get bored after creating some emails and profiles [yet if they not... it might be quiet big and unuseful stress on LFS main account server ].
Another cheater on S2 , i was driving TC server today and a guy on UF1 was driving around 160kmh :/(accelerating to it quiet quickly by jumping every few meters).. When i said that he is a cheater he log out soon after. Is there a possibility to check somebody's LFS username(i just know his nick: Orange)?
Are You using notebooks? In mine(notebook) similar thing happens. Simply when graphic or processor heats to much, the system is slowing them down(and that's why I have fps drops). Try to work a little with battery saving options(or something like that ). Well... I resolved that problem by playing on... pc.... If You dont have notebooks... then... sry.. cant help You .
Well personaly I love those little updates, they make LFS look that it is going to perfection in details... but yes, major content would be nice. Personally I want physics as good as possible(brakes overheating, engine stuff etc), more content?
One think about modding(sry for offtopic). What if there was something like two spare slots. A server admin could use them to create new cars based on LFS physics and using something like ULTRA TWEAKER. People joining the server would simply download those stats and vuala(or something ;P), each server would be uniqe, having two personal "cars". Also client would be able to download 3d objects, each connected to the slot.
For example: You've got all those 20 cars, but you would also have 2-3-...-n slots , for those slots you could personally create Your own "car", thx to "tweaker-build-in-LFS", for those cars You could either use already made 3d cars from lfs(well... of course we know what happens when we use car from lfs and make its wheelbase longer, wheels stick out from the car ;P), or made your own 3d car(and import it to LFS).
So... cars based on LFS physics would be rather realistic, the only problem are 3d models , and It would be much easier for developers to focus on other things than adding more cars ^^(physics :nana
Back on topic, i'll stick with LFS because its the best sim out there right now, and simply... the community lives and it is a part of LFS creation. I understand that Scawen has new kid on his shoulders and have to take care of her and he should ^^, and I think that development may slow down... but what's more important It WILL go on . That means that someday LFS will be the BEST sim in EVERY(maybe except graphics ;P, i truly dont care about them much ^^) way out there(the ultimate one ;D). That's all .
Personaly i dont care much about graphics, realism is all I want, so LFS for me is perfect. I didnt play GT at all, but still... maybe it has superb graphics, variety... but that's all(?), isn't it? I dont think that GT has the same "feeling" as LFS when You drive cars, right?
Btw. Maybe LFS is updated not to often, but still i think that when in will reach final S3 it CERTAINLY will be perfect .

First, You wont believe it . The best hotlap for B(lack)W(ood) is 1:33.140 and it's with MOUSE! The next one is with wheel and its 1:33.200. Well, personaly i think your time is quiet good for a begginer .
Second, You cannot download skins through LFS when You are demo user, and third... You certainly cannot buy LFS account from someone and propably cannot transfer S2 License.(but YOU can win! There are races sometimes in which You can win S2 License! ^^). Still, You might(maybe) somehow find someone who is not using his/her account... but You really have to be lucky . And finnaly I will say something which everyone says... BUY LFS S2 License , it's worth it .
Something is wrong, at least I think so. I've made a car, in "acceleration times & distances" from 0-227.7(max speed) takes 120 sec, but in "search data for statistics" from 0-227 takes just 95 sec O.o. Ok, I understand, there is 0,7 km/h difference, but still, from 0-150 in "at&d" takes 11,829, but in "sdfs" it takes just 11,748. Why there is a difference? (there are differences in any other car also)
Btw. Niki download it from here: http://www.afreeocx.com/ocx/download/2873/comdlg32.ocx and then install to system32(if you're using XP, I dont know how it is in Vista ^^).

Hi Bob, the problems that i have mentioned are fixed, everything is fine ^^. Just one thing i have spotted, and i dont know if its a bug or it should be like that. The rotating mass can be max half of the unsprung mass(ex: 30 unsprung mass, max 15 rotating mass).
"Search data for statistics" is a good idea ^^, i like it .

I've got some problems here. When VHPA is loaded without any vehicle loaded, and i'm trying to load cars like: BF1, db1, FBM, FO8, FOX, FXR, FZR, XRR i got "Run-time error '6': overflow", but when i import any other car, and then import one of those above then everything is fine.
Another problem is when i load any setup from LFS setups or even one made directly from VHPA 3.1.2, I got this typical Windows XP error with option to send info to their HQ .
I cannot add new vehicles O.o(only import ones that have been already made with previous version).
BTW. You could add something like "force gear", so it could simulate acceleraction from 80-120km/h on 6th gear for example .
BTW2. I've sent You report from that error.
BTW3. Possibility to watch acceleraction in real time was nice, include it also(in my opinion ^^).
