Well the guy did went on to win the race, so this had no affect on the championship, but on the 2nd race he only got 4th and was 4 points short to seal the title.

Read the discription to understand what is going on. In short the blue car was a contender for the championship, the other team had hired some kind of hitman, who waited to get lapped and then have a go at him. Pretty sick!

On a positive note; the guy got banned for life. (his team got no penalty and took the championship)

Maybe implement a WTCC style rule, admins reserve the right to add 1 or 2 laps to prevent a finish under SC. Particpants should then carry a little more fuel just in case.
