900 degrees is cool to screw around with...but i don't race with it like that...i mainly stick to 540 degrees. But for the formula cars, i lock it at 200 degrees(cause i'm lazy..lol) I hope that the G25 will have the 200 degree lockout.
It's a lot of fun drifting with it in 900 degree mode though...i think that's the only thing it's good for...but it is nice to have the option of anything more than 200.

...my suggestion is if you are going to go with a black and white scheme, then do the signal lights as well. It might just be me, but the orange lights just don't look right in a black and white picture 
As for the SRT-10 Ram, you'd be surprised at how well they handle. I got to rip one around Lime Rock Park for awhile(along with every other SRT vehicle). And i was truely amazed at how well it handles. It's no where near any of the cars...but for a truck, it's solid through the corners at speed. Plus it accelerates like a bat out of hell and does some pretty good burnouts..lol
i haven't heard canadaman say anything bad about the G25...if i remember correctly, he said he likes it. But don't quote me on that 
i'll definately buy the wheel just to check it out. I mean seriously, dual-motor force feedback, h-shifter, gas/brake/clutch pedal..all for $300USD. Even if it is plastic(which all the current logitech wheels are anyway), it's still cheap considering what you get. If you went out and bought all that separately, you'd be looking at close to $1000USD. And if you went with the whole ECCI setup..it would be even more than that AND you wouldn't have force feedback. I've never had a problem with anything Logitech...i use a keyboard, wireless laser mouse, and DFP from them. They're quality has always been excellent for me.
And i'm sure they will be sold in electronics stores, so if you buy it and don't like it..just return it and tell them it doesn't work with your computer(lol...most people working at those stores have no clue anyway, so that line always works

yea, i've always used TS for online flying/ATC with IVAO and with HoverControl but i use Ventrillo for LFS. When i switched to vent, i really was amazed by the sound quality. I believe that ventrillo does have a higher bandwidth use, though. Because i have cable and i still lag out from time to time depending on what i'm doing.

yea...some people just don't like oval, that's fine with me..lol...it is boring if you just try to race with random people that aren't really that good. But, if you get a group of people who are extremely talented on the oval, like [FM] or (EAGLE), then the racing gets a lot closer and more exciting, you're never just running around by yourself(unless you're just too slow to keep up ), there's always 2 or 3 people with you at all times. At that point you don't have time to sleep..lol.

i think that's where most people go wrong with the oval...it "looks" boring, so they don't try to get into it
yea, as long as there is something hard underneath the surface, you can run a higher tire pressure.

i'm sorry, but when a demo user registers and the first post that they make is asking about tweak or mekanic for patch U is starting to get old. It happens at least once every other day. The search button is your friend and it is not "clunky"? at all. It's very easy to use. Maybe you should try it.

The oval is what got me started in LFS and that's all i used to race. But since the introduction of the BF1(aka..the noob magnet) i can't stand the oval. Probably a good 75% of the people on the BF1 oval servers can't drive the car because it's too powerful for them. Plus, it's too easy to catch/pass another car. And no one races the FO8 anymore
