Able to pay? Your team must have a good sponsor if you are willing to pay more then 1000€ for a skin pack (20 cars + 12 unique helemts) that should be about 20*8-10 hours = 160-200 hours for the cars and 12*10-15 hours = 120-180 hours for the helmets (you want unique so new design for each helmet)

You want good quality that's why i count with >10 per skin. A good skinner probably won't work for under 10€ per hour.
So you would pay at least 160+120 = 280 * 10€ = 2800€

Your team really should try to make the skin, you won't find a skinner that makes a skin pack + 12 helmets for free.

Making a new skin fun making 20 times the same skin for different cars is pain.

IF you really use Illustrator, you are doing something terrible wrong

I don't think that you need the 2048x2048 version
EDIT Rename it to FXO_what ever you want copy it to you skins folder and upload it on lfsworld

A lot better can you maybe post the skin file. it still looks like it's really poor quality but probably only because you made something wrong saving the screen shot.

Maybe you should not have started with a formula car, they are really difficult to skin.

You are right the first skins had something the new one doesn't have. Both the new version and the old look like they are only 1024x1024 pixel or lesser. You should skin at 2048x2048 did you try the pro kits bunta made?

Why do you use the Mega Force logo? I though it's for Team Rock?
On the preview the white part on the front looks like it don't follow the lines of the car? Maybe put the lower end closer to the BMW logo.
EDIT: I don't like the black stripes on the white part but that's just my opinion. (Not sure about that )
Can you change the color of the dorsal to white or red (would like to see the difference)

When you make the next preview pics turn the sun angle, so that the side you want to show is bright. Press shift + F4 (full screen mode) then hit space then take the pic.

Wanted to try that "brush" thing in photo shop.

Yes because lfs will convert them.
I still save my skins as jpg.
I still upload jpg on lfsworld.

Save your skins as .jpg skin folder lfs will convert it to .dds and move it to skin_dds

What?

1. get winrar
   
2. get the skin kits
   
3. unpack the archive with winrar
   
4. open the .psd file with photoshop
   
5. spend some hours making a skin
   
6. use the skin viewer
   
7. skins (.jpg) are saved in the skin folder lfsview/lfs > data > skins

EDIT: Sometimes it's really hard to understand what some native English speaking people want.

Never ever use skin form skin_x or skin_y folder they might be private and people will hate you if you use them

If you don't care about that copy them to skin_dds (you should only have .dds files in skin_x and skin_y)

If you download skin from a webpage put them in the skin folder and they will get converted to dds when you start lfs.
