Quote from rockclan :Thanks man.

To the rest of you.

Screw you.

Your just jealous you can't make skins as good as that.

All team rock members are happy with the skins.

You thought it was made in paint so you started to go scream at the little guy.

Only because you THOUGHT it was made in paint.
And there are some groups here on the forum that always discriminate people.
Like a group that discriminates demo racers and the others do that to people that use paint.

No, it doesnt matter if it is good just scream at them and say its ugly or it sucks.

I'm sick of you guys!

**** YOU!

I would be happy if people tell me what they don't like on the skins i make. A "great skin", "nice " and so on is nice to read but it doesn't help me to improve my skinning skills. Why shouldn't i say what i think about the skins and what he could change to make them look better. When i started skinning i often used to intensive colors and the cars looked like toy cars and i think that's what happened here.
Sure the skins are unique but in imho i wouldn't mind if more teams would use realistic looking skins like the once from HoR

Here you can find some skins i made http://skins.lfscommunity.lv/s ... ng&searchinput=gloryj
I know they are not as good as your team rock skins but at least they don't look like little toy cars

AND PAINT SUCKS

Quote from greg_slideways :Well what would be a good fair , but still cheap price that most guys will do it for! Also i would try it except i dont have a program to skin with i have nothing, no photoshop or fireworks, Nothing!

A good fair and cheap price would be lets say 10-20€ per hour. Lets go on with 10€ per hour (really cheap). Now lets say the skinner is really fast, so only 4 hours per car. You already have one car so 19 cars left. 19 * 4 hours = 76 hours of work * 10€ = 760€

You want tips...
Try alt + print instead of strg + v, so you'll have only the viewer window. You also could open the viewer in full screen and then make a screenshot.

I don't know what but something looks wrong on your skins maybe to intensive colors or so

Don't get that wrong but the skins look like a little kid painted a car in a panting book or is that modern art

Quote from Dan Josefsen :That could be nice, you could also just remove the end race vote.

and the restart vote

EDIT: There are still a lot end race votes...Should we report player that want to change the track?

I know what you mean noticed that too today. A drive joins the race and after the race he/she wants to change track an votes end race only because he/she was a bit slower then the others. Shrug

Aston Club reserved isn't that boring with the UFBR imho, there are some nice places where you can overtake other carsShrug

@Myrk
Thanks for answering.
If another team, i don't care if Spanish, France, US, German would have edited my skin i would have react in the same way. I'm proud that you like my skin i just hate that we can take what we can get mentality, especial online. If you would have asked i could have send you a 3000x1800 pixel version if the shark (i don't know a reason why i shouldn't have done that)
At least at masters skinnerz people give credits to other peoples work like i did on my private skin

Just to let other people know, everything that had to be said was said on the Spanish forum. Myrk and I just think about other peoples work in a different way.

I would like to get in contacted with the team called MLS.

It seem like they are using a edited version of my "shark racing" skin and they NEVER asked if they are allowed to.

EDIT 1: It seams like their whole skin pack is based on my shark racing skin!!!

EDIT 2: can someone please translate that for me.

It's about calculation PI to 1 million decimal Digits, manly to see how fast a computer system is.

wiki

Quote from Jakg :Using your computer to calculate the first million digits of Pi, and seeing how long it takes.

@ GloryJ - Not a fair comparison, different versions of SuperPi work at different speeds, so they aren't comparable.

can't use that other version of super_pi. i haven't installed a M$ operating system or wine on my notebook

Remember do not copy skins from skins_x (low res) and skins_y (high res) folder, they might be private. A better source for skin is this forum, Master Skinnerz and janwolfs Skin DB

In the skin kits you have the base skin (don't know what the layer is called). Put that layer on top and then use multiply ... i think it's called blending options. Can't use photoshop right now but i think that's what you want to know.

If your graphic software can open .psd files you should use Buntas skin kits
