Mmmm maybe you are one of the oldest LFS drivers and you had to learn russian at school.

If you want your banner on the skin, you should provide a gif (transparent background)

Probably your webspace is on a linux server, your host has root right, so your host can install the SQL database package. If you don't have a SQL DB you are probably using a really cheap supplier and you won't get a SQL DB. You need webspace with a SQL Database and php support.
There is another way to test mambo, install it on your computer. Then you could make the layout offline and upload it later, when you got webspace with sql and php. For that you have to install and configure apache, sql and php on your computer.
I never tryed that http://www.apachefriends.org/en/xampp.html but it should work.

You don't know what a mysql database is and you want to use mambo...well have fun.
Mambo is a really complex content management system, maybe you should start with learning something about php and css (i think mambo use boths).

This topic contains an example, and the same thing happened to a FOX skin I've recently created, so the problem isn't model specific.
It's only particularly noticeable very close to the car, but when you are that close boy does it look nasty....

you were right even making the lines thicker didn't help much and other things are scrwed too (like my name it's white and not that thin)
hopefully it will work again after the next patch, i already made skin with thin lines and never had such problems.

edit:
i tested a bit more, it's not because it's a thin red line it also happens with green and blue

It's nearly black (hex: 0F0F0F), i tryed (hex: FFFFFF) it dosn't look good.

FZR 96% finished. I tryed to make a "real" looking race car skin. Right now i'm not sure if i should go on with the other cars. That's why i would like to know what you think about the skin.

you can find them at Master Skinnerz or here Skin Kits
there is no easier way then using good tamplates.


And i would never buy an expenisve software like 3DSMax to make some skins (render). If i remeber and converted it right it costs about 4000 canadian dollars.illepall
