lol ninja kicked him for being too slow

just started up my laptop, after two weeks of not using it.
and plugged the power in and it seems to charge up to 20% and then just stop showing up the light disappears that normally states whether it's charging or charged.

if i take the battery out it shows up for about 3 seconds then dies again? any ideas
