I'm not sure on how S1 content is handled via the master server, but as of right now, there are 586 servers. If you don't see them in the master list, then head over to lfsworld.net and click on 'Racers and Hosts online'.
If you do get a 30 day ban out of nowhere, you can appeal to the Devs. I did that way back when I was testing out a banning insim. I managed to ban myself 30 times in a few hours. I told the Devs and they globally unbanned me after seeing it was from my own server.
He's using the same program that this thread is discussing. They can manipulate LFS to allow a blank username, making them admin in whatever server they go to.
There's no online status for signature. The only forum-based server status is, like Taavi(EST) said, under your forum name when you connect to a server.
