Quote from Flame CZE :"Potato. Hello and welcome to the 5th annual Kyoto 500."

Yeah I was going to bet on the latter happening before the race even started Infact I'd probably bet on the former happening then too!!!

We should also bet on what lap Chris first says something stupid and the lap the word "potato" is first mentioned.

Quote from dekojester :Skin is missing driver's flag next to name on side of car.

That's missing off my R1 skin too :hide: Trust an admin to get my skin wrong Thilo if you CBA let me know and I'll do it - I think even I can put a flag on a skin!

I go "tight in, tight out and let it run wide". So basically get the nose right into the corner early, keep tight to the apex and let it run out wide slowly. In T1 and T2 my exit is a bit to the right of where the lowest dashed line starts. In T3 I basically make two steering movements, one to get the nose into the corner and then another one a bit further around to keep it onto the apex. Try watching Dan Sanger's laps

Our "strengths" are Gerrard's excellent ability at long-range passes and crosses, pace out wide, Carroll being able to hold up the ball and Welbeck being pretty nifty in the final third.

Ronus' incident with the tyre is slightly strange, but the change in his suspension damage is simply the status refreshing when he hits Niall. If you want you could post this on the cargame forum (cargame.nl) and see what they think, but I still think it's just lag.

Quote from Intrepid :"Everybody has low expectations for England this year, and because of that they could do really well". Do the not understand how stupid that sounds? The sentence contradicts itself. Also, how can a team that includes 4-5 champions league winners not be expected to qualify from a group with Sweden and Ukraine?

This is football fans and the football media we're talking about here, who by definition have about 3 brain cells between them

Quote from Intrepid :I don't think there has been any improvement under Roy either, but he did play to England's strengths. but defending the ball and hoofing it can only get you so far. There was a stat doing the rounds on Twitter that the player the completed the most passes for England was.... Joe Hart.

Yeah he definitely did play to our strengths which is a plus point, and to be fair to the guy he's only been in the job a month. We definitely didn't close Italy down enough in the middle third, which gave them free reign to run at us in our final third. To give credit to us we did, for the most part, defend pretty well in the final third but it would be a damn sight better if we never gave them that opportunity!!

We'd have played quite a bit better had Ashley Young been on his club form - he kept giving the ball away down the left when normally he's pretty good at running down the flanks, cutting back and popping one into the box. Second half Italy definitely seemed to have worked out that the only way we score is with crosses into the box because they were getting alot of defenders out wide whenever we came forward with the ball. Which didn't really help Young.

Quote from Yuusei :j@tko luckiest man in the race

Yep That 36.97 last lap saved me. In the hundreds and hundreds of practice qualifying laps I did, I managed one .98 and a handful of .99s. The .97 is the fastest qualifying lap I've ever done and probably will ever do. I managed one .9925 average in practice but there's no way I could produce that again in 3 runs in qualifying. So yeah very lucky

I'm pretty sure that's just lag. And I can't see either Ronus nor Fadeaway being the kind of people who would use mods
