every now and then when i change car on single and multiplayer mode my new pedals (logitech formula force EX) dont work and slowly accelerate until max revs and i cant do anything about it except return to pits a few times.

Not a real big problem (yet) but its very annoying just wondering if anyone else has this?

or have i got a loose connection from my pedals to the wheel or something like that

i bought a thrustmaster from game for £25 because i got bored waiting for my logitech wheel to come from Dell.com. a ferrari model.

i couldnt get it to work properly and i found it too small, i spent ages trying to get it to function but couldnt do it with lfs. so i returned it as faulty. sorry i cant be any help, but my thrust wheel wouldnt work so yours might not either ( but im no tech wizard )

that looks like a great circuit mate well done. i love it wen the layout looks real neat and tidy rather than tyres everywhere and barriers that dont align, so this track looks brilliant from those pics

i'll have to see if it drives as well as it looks when i get home

Thaank you sooo much dev you have saved my (lfs) life! i love you lol i have spent so long trying to set it up using lfs, i completley overlooked the logitech profiler thanks again...

just got my first wheel; logitech formula force EX and i dont know how to make it work in lfs... ive tried changeing almost all the options in the >>options >>controls >> wheel/joystick > menu but i can only have accelerate or brake at one time..

my steer is fine - its the X axis
my accelerate/brake moves the yellow line on the "RZ" axis - any one lend me a screen shot pleeeeeeeaaasee!!! ive waited for the wheel since xmas it came very late in the post

I would also love to race online in auto x, i have made several huge tracks that i love to race around, great fun every time.

but as you said it is lonley on your own i'm for the league

i have made 6 kart tracks from the uk in the autox area do you want me to send you them ? i have never raced with others online on my own tracks, would love to though

pm me if you want the tracks, most are very accurate and are great for racing on the MRT, also the lap times are the same

brilliant video! at last one with car sounds... although sometimes it was a bit inconsistent but a superb video

a step by step method would be useful as i know there have been a lot of people that want this, really very useful if you think about it. A steering wheel strapped on a small desk like mine covers a small amount of the bottom of my monitor thus blocking the gauges. I know its probably very hard to make wat i want work but as i said if anyone has, im waiting! cheers

i think i read a few really old threads about psp's and youtube videos with people that have built speedos for thier wheels, and thought about combining these... is that possible? are there any programs that can do this? if your not following the equipment/layout would be:

you <> your wheel <> your psp on the desk in fron of your screen <> your screen <> lfs

would that be possible?

dont know if you can see from the screenshots, but it has some parts that are very similar to corners from other tracks that i really like..

like in mytrak4.jpg is the first chicane from blackwood after the first corner,
in mytrak3.jpg you can see an almost exact copy of the chicane and hairpin from the second to last corner of South City Chicane route...

I Appreciate people like squidhead spend a lot of time helping others improve videos, but i dont appreciate the crude and harsh views that were taken when they expected an amazing video becuase of the title of this thread. This is my best lfs video, my 2nd one, so dont expect, like others have said, for it to be Television standard.

I did ask for feedback, but not how it has come. At least this way my video has attracted alot of attention, as an advertising video's point is to do

lol. I was copying my whole lfs folder onto my flash drive to show my setups at his house whilst posting this, and planned to add the layout after rather than interrupt the copying... and my pc crashed half way through

hehe. im not at home at the moment, but i'll upload the layout later (around 2/3 o clock )

i cant upload the .avi (970MB) version for some reason
so i ashamingly used Dr DivX and converted to DivX which brang the file size down to 67MB thus lowwwwwww quality. Any ideas?

oh, and if your reffering to the advert for the quality, lmao dont worry its not that bad, i used paint + gimp to make the flyer! lol

that first video on the standalone page of your site is quite good!! although there were some very long moments in the begining i got bored.
