The Cpu being single core might hold back the graphics card a verry verry verry microscopicly slightness but not enough to tell the difference from full speed tho. But your hardware wont be the problem as its not exactly low low spec compaired to my mums extinct dinosaw, not sure about the jumpyness to be honest, could be somthing to do with the PAL format and your monitor, (doubt it is tho)
Band name: 16 Volt
Track name: Arella's Theme
Album name: City Of Prague Philharmonic Orchestra & Chorus
Its from the playstation 2 game "Primal".
The band made there sound tracks just for the game, if you have the limited edition copy of the game it includes the cd with all there sounds tracks, theres some amazing ones on there, they all are good.
I got the game on releise day when it cost £49.99 in shops just for the standard edition, and i got the limited edition for £1.99 because of my "Game" card from Game stores in the UK, i had alot of money saved up on the card from offers etc,
The guy behind the till went to get the manager, and he said well i guess we have to accept the deal because its all there on the card all the free £5's etc they give you over a few months
Btw my favourite part of the video is 1:08 exact where i launch into the corner, the Grip is imence on that setup i made, i love it
The quality of the data rate in the MPR's is fairly poo to be honest, i recorded it live i didnt do half speed and speed it up but for me there is not a visable jumpyness of the image its as smoothe as silk.
Im not sure about PureVideo, i never botherd with it when i had my old nvidia cards, iv allways been a bit of a ati fan. Id say the Cpu could verry slightly be holding back the card, but only by about 5% of the cards maximum bandwidth.
As for the 2D clocks, that shouldnt matter unless its a 1080 HD video, then it would be verry jumpy in 2D mode.
If you want to overclock the 2D/3D clocks i would reccomend RivaTuner (Most people on nvidia pfer this tool) But me my self, i pfer AtiTool which is compatable with all the cards. Both programs do the same as each other, its just a matter of which interface you like better.
Hope that helps
Oh and allso, the video is PAL 25fps so it may vary depending on your media player for the playback results. I used PAL so that more viewers will be able to run it on lower specification machines
Im a MotoGp fan, and some of you may have seen the race today, and the way Valentino Rossi rode his bike was absolutely outstanding.
And as a motogp fan, iv made my Fox car which i race alot on the Redline server as valentino rossi colours.
And iv allways wonder'd what valentino rossi is thinking when he does his famouse moment befor a race when he bends down looking at his bike, clearing his mind etc. (see the picture at the bottom for what i mean)
And allso when im racing on the server im allways thinking of how Valentino rossi can do amazing victorys even when he starts way down on the grid, so that helps me concentrate when i race too
Anyway iv made a short fox video HD of course, about what i beleive must be going through his mind when preparing for a race, obviously fox is nothing like a bike but you know... im allways thinking about bikes even when im racing on lfs the video is mainly focused on my car.
The video in general, i made it pretty quickly, only taken a hour soo.. dont expect miracles im not an expert at videos and i know the video shots arent the greatest after the intro, i got bored after bout 15 mins lol and theres some mistakes/errors and stuff i missed but i really cant be botherd to fix it lol and i ran out of ideasss ... soo
If lfs does get different weather types etc, i was thinking, maybe it would be a good idea to be able to cut your own tyre treads? and be able to preset the tread and save it etc, it would take ages to gather data to make the car react differently to every single little cut in the tyre, but if lfs does simulate different weather and slippyer tracks etc, it might be a good idea to have a few presets as standard (intermediet/full wet) and then be able to cut a few more treads out of the tyre to how you pfer the car to react etc.
And what im picturing in my mind, is a rectangle shape flat tyre layed out like a peice of paper (see the image at the bottom) then you draw on it with line/circular or brush tools etc and where you draw the lines is where the cuts will be, and you can choose the depth etc
It would be fairly advanced, and would take alot of testing to simulate every different cut etc you make to the tyres i know, but i just thaught its a good idea
btw excuse my quick picture of a example, but im not a expert at tyre treads, but would be interesting to learn about what differences some extra cuts etc could make
+1 anything to rewind a replay would be great, but i THINK the replay system is done based on AI's copying the 100% exact movement of the cars what was racing in a server when you save the replay..
I think thats how its done anyway but im just guessing, so it would be hard to create a function to rewind a car going backwards based on that type of replay function.
but if thats not how its done and it is possible to rewind replays then +1 +1 +1
allso i think a possibiblty of holding a key to bring up a slider like a timeline to skip to a cirtain point in the replay would be good aswell.
Me and my friend Pmd9409 make a server at night times, and his connection isnt really good enough to get 10 people in without the server ping shooting up to about 100.
But i was thinking, would it be possible for him and me host 1 server murged together through a dedicated server thing so that 10 people on the server would be using his connection, and 10 using mine so that the server can have more slots and or be less laggy at all.
Not sure if this or somthing like it has been suggested befor,
nah, some tracks the curbs feel awsome for cutting and are made to be cut.
but cuts as in going streight across the grass all 4 wheels, then i think there should be some sort of ramp, a bit like the bumps actually on the curbs at KY but bigger, or more of the ky ramps to stop cutting, or rough land with bumps and elevation on the corners where your cutting alot of the track to cheat.
When ever i get a blue flag and they become visable in my mirror,
If im on a streight i pull out of racing line and let off a bit to let them past,
If im on a corner i pull out of the racing line and go wide to let them through,
But if im laps behind and not a challenge but just testing a setup or somthing, or joined a race late i just pull right over and go alot slower to let the battling leaders past
But its kind of anoying when your in a verry good race and some one doesnt move and say your battling with some one then you have to go ether side of the person who isnt obeying blue flag, and then allsorts can happen like they finaly notice it then swerve right even tho your there etc..
I think personally there should be a blue flag waving onscreen instead of just text
even my attempt at re-creating autox (which looks like gravel rofl) is better than the standard textures at my res, cant wait for these ones to be done tho as i do alot of autocross making layouts etc for fun
Thats to do with the camber of the tyres which takes you left all the time
And btw, iv seen a video where racers can have different end plates with a curv'ed flick on it to create side force so the car doesnt get as loose on the nascar, car of tomorrow
Allso if you was to point the two end plates inwards/outwards it would act like toe angle which could allso be a good boost.
But with a bonus that you dont have to do out and in and that you can aim them both ether left and right aswell as out or in.
So you could have the inside one pulling you a tiny bit more than the outside etc.
Imo i think it could be a great way of extra setup options.
Hey there, do you think it would be a good idea for cars with wings to have side force (i dont know if thats what its called)
Because the side of the wings have the plate things which could be rotated (dont know what there called)
(check the pictures)
So tracks like, Aston club in the Fox which is mainly right handers you would be able to run lower downforce wilst being stable still and keep the grip.
Or the bf1 on oval etc, many of possibilitys could happen if there was sideforce.
