The Stewards, having received a report from the Race Director, investigated Lap 1, Turn 3 involving Cars 15 and 34, MPR Time 3:00

The stewards elected to impose a Drive Through Penalty to Car 34 for Causing an Avoidable Incident
When Car 34 was serving this DT penalty, the insim system detected that Car 34 exceeded the pit lane speed limit. The stewards elected to analyse this system penalty post-race. Following this analysis, the stewards have determined that this was a false trigger, and the penalty should not have been applied by the system. The stewards have elected to give the standard Drive Through time back to Car 34. We apologise for this error

The Stewards, having received a report from the Race Director, investigated Lap 6, Turn 9 involving Car 8, MPR Time 10:15

The stewards elected to impose a Drive Through Penalty to Car 8 for Re-Joining from an incident in an un-safe manner

Please note the penalty box for this round. Due to this being an open layout Deko has been hard at work building a penalty system within the Race Control app. If you were to get a stop & go penalty this round, this is the ONLY place where you can serve it. For a Stop Go penalty, you must be completely stationary in the penalty box for 10 seconds. Do not move until you see 0 in the counter.

They will be in the NDR TeamSpeak. You are invited to be interviewed on stream during the breaks between sessions. Please follow their terms listed at https://simbroadcasts.tv/voice - we will apply those to our Commentary Box area.

4. Driver Naming:
Be sure to be in your proper name format Number (grey or white), space, then First initial last name [eg. 00 J. Palmer]. The name must be in GREY or WHITE.

5. Tracker:
Timing will be available and running on http://tracker.newdimensionracing.com.

6. Wind Conditions:
Low wind for all sessions, except Pre-Qualifying.

7. Virtual Safety Car Test
There will be a test Virtual Safety Car deployment in the free practice session, starting about 5 minutes remaining in the session. All drivers are encouraged to participate in this test.

8. Pit Entry and Pit Exit
On Pit Entry, the white line may be crossed at any point.
On Pit Exit, drivers are to have at least TWO tyres to the RIGHT of the white line for its entire length.

9. Qualifying Procedure
We are doing a two-shot qualifying system this season. You have a maximum of two exits of the pitlane, and two timed laps. You may take the laps separately or back to back. You are not to exit the pit lane if you do not have a timed lap remaining.

The qualifying session is 20 minutes in duration. The actual session will be 22 minutes long. Pit exit will be closed for the first two minutes. The Race Director will announce when the fast lane is open for drivers to queue at pit exit. Drivers should only enter the fast lane if they intend to proceed to the track from the pitlane.

Two-Shot Qualifying is not used in Pre-Qualifying.

10. Start and Safety Cars:
Each race will have one formation lap, followed by a standing start.

When the default LFS lights turn green, pull away from your grid slot and do one lap, return to the grid area. Stop at the furthest available grid slot. Once all cars are in position, the Starter will initiate the start sequence. An insim head-up display will appear, with three lights. After 5 seconds, all three lights will illuminate red. After a pause of between 2 and 5 seconds, the lights will turn green and the race will be started.

On Restarts, the Safety Car will pull away from the field after Turn 5. It must not be overtaken before it crosses the 1st Safety Car line.

11. End of Race
After finishing the race, please slow WELL BELOW racing speeds after Turn 1 and proceed around into pit lane. The top 3 shall report back to Start / Finish Line for podium pose.

Top three and anyone else wishing to be interviewed on the broadcast should join the Commentary Box Waiting Room, and one of the commentators will move you to the Commentary Box.

12. Miscellany:
Do NOT under any circumstances Shift+P or Shift+S during the race without authorization from Race Control.

Please post any procedural questions in this thread.

Good luck!
