As the title says, the damage gets repaired in the pitstops even though you have set it not to do so.
To get this you however need to make changes to your setup i.e. decrease the wing angle by one from your F12 menu, before the pitstop.
So when you go in for a pitstop it first repaires the damages and only then makes the setup changes.
By anything not being done, I didn't mean developement of lfs should stop and you should fix the bug right then.
Since some hotlaps wallrided on so3 has been deleted from the lfsw in the past (can't be 100% sure if it was done by devs or by the user, but I suspect strongly the first), I tought it would have been
the case on this situation also.

Not sure if it should be rated as a bug or a suggestion.
When you're going in for pitstop to change your tires, and also to change the psi's from the original setup you left the garage with, the "pitcrew" first changes the tires on your car and only then take the psi off from the new tires. That shouldn't be costing you the time it takes to "update the settings".

Edit: Also the speed indicator in the BM02 is hardly readable with 1024x768 resolution on my 17" monitor. Using FOV of 71degs.
In that case I'd say street racing/drifting is quite stupid thing to do.
But saying I should get a bullet into my head for driving over the speed limits on a silent road during quiet hours is just twoy.
As long as there is no intention to race anyone else but yourself, and having the caution always in your mind that there might be someone else on the road and being prepared for it in a way that you're able to prevent the possible collision or even near collision for happening by your own doings, I'm saying go for it.
Is it when you race against some other car on the public streets?
Or is it just going over the speed limits at a silent hour having that bit of your own fun going into the next bend faster than your instructor would suggest?
