Agree, + in the newest patch they fixed fuel consumption simulation, and extra challenge is to get best possible mpg. And don't use virtual mirrors, + always try to park your trailer with incar camera
Just can't stop driving Evora at Joux:yummy: Suspensions so supple, rotates so nicely off gas, mid engine layout just shines in twistys Can't stop driving Joux in general, ounce you memorize the majority of corners and get in the flov, this stage is just bliss didn't touch eany other track since installed that French porn Not hotlaping or drifting, just spirited driving, enjoying AC physics with different vehicles.
I am glad that my country don't care about airbag wheels, u can swap aftermarket wheel as long as u get power steering, if that makes sense
We got plenty of stupid MOT rules
Just a few -no roll cage, no tinted side windows, no aftermarket brake upgrades, no steel braided brake lines, ridiculous engine swap rules...
Tested some of the cars at French stage
I like reversed version better
e30 std = nice
lotus exige v6 roadster = nicer
e30 DTM = undrivable because rock hard suspension, no setup adjustments can cure it
e30 s54 = pure sex
f40 = awesome with 90' tires
f40 s3 = more awesomeness, but hard not to crash
Formula Abarth = warp speed, like in those hillclimb single seater onboards + with adjusted suspensions, rides like a glue over bumps
Dymn just tested that joux plane stage (avalibale in both directions) omfg it's good sense of speed drived only standard e30m3, never shifted higher than 3' but in some places I felt like going 150mph
Abarth 500 handles like a mix of xfg/uf1, it lacks diff and suffers from factory gearing
Another car who would hugely benefit from adjustable gearing/diff, is stock e30m3, that car has terrible final drive (3.15) only good for fuel economy or authobans
"If you want to try out a full grid for performance testing go to:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\assettocorsa\launcher\themes\default\modules\earlyaccess
Open the file earlyaccess.js (any code editor or just notepad), find following line: "#drive .tabs li[data-mode=quickrace]", edit it so it looks like: //"#drive .tabs li[data-mode=quickrace]",
This will comment the line out of the code and make the menu for quick race active where you can set up a custom grid.
You can fiddle around and comment out the other lines aswell if you want to be able to select a single / random grid. It should give you at least an indication of fps performance.
Keep in mind when enabling the quick race option like this, the AI won't work at all and just go off the track in the first corner. I have not explored the other option like Plaid suggested. "
