Yesterday i was driving a golf mk2 with absolutely no exhaust pipe around the town and kept honking the horn constantly. I think it is just as cool as loud music.
I have the cheapest squier strat and amp combo, and well, it's not miracle. It does work, but the sound isn't that good. But I like that thing, as it's cheap and great material for experiments. I hacked a chinese copy of floyd rose into it just for lulz, and am thinking of doing something with pickups by myself, then maybe changing a capacitor and making some sound effects. I also have a shitty daphon wah pedal, which is well, shit. It would be easier to buy a decent guitar with good effects, but I like building something by myself. I'm also broke, and I can't play, but screwing around is fun too. Good luck with it!
My last purchase attached. Spotted the whole box at supermarket and just couldn't resist. And some sausage yay!
Holy cow! That's some poisonous junk! I just can't see how normal people come up with injecting something directly into your blood with a needle. All the chemical stuff seems wrong to me, but this is over the top.
It doesn't quite work like this. There aren't slower or faster combinations, you can choose to either have more low-end torque, but less top-end power for tight tracks with lots of turns, or to have less low-end torque, but more top-end power for faster tracks. I remember something like this being in NFS3. I think some setup options slightly altering the power output could be implemented in LFS, like A/F ratio, or ignition timing, and that wouldn't cause very big trouble. I still don't think it's what LFS needs at the moment, but it isn't such a bad thing. It would make tuning setups more interesting, but would greatly increase the amount of slower dudes like me crying for setups.
I see. Well my experience on cars is quite low, I've destroyed only one boot in my life, and even that was while attempting to remove mk2 golf gearbox with driveshafts still on. Got another for cents and one valuable lesson.
However, I'd suggest you to measure the diameters, or better take the old boot with yourself, and head to local parts shop, maybe you'll find a rubber one from some older car, that fits, if you still didn't try that.
