They're probably loading back the logs which fell out of the truck. This happened at 7:30 this morning in the main intersection of my town and paralyzed the traffic. Another funny thing is - they didn't have any equipment to move the truck off the road, so they lifted its rear end with that small tractor and pushed it back home.
