Why remove the part that makes the track?

F1 cars definately backfires. Maybe they do a bit less, but they used to. Here's the 1999 BAR backfiring slowing down at Monza (Click here (don't mind all the characters, just listen)) Like said before, there's no big fire stuff... well... sometimes we can see it... lol... But anyways. Backfire sound would be good for some cars... Like the GTRs... But that's all really... And I don't think it would have all that much point.

S2 is a help. But they do cause banning problems. They banned people on our team's DEMO server as well, before we were able to do anything. They come in gangs, ban, change names, ban some more, and all. Deranged people IMO.

If he were to move to NASCAR I think he would lose a lot of support from Canada. I just don't see it happening. There are numerous drivers in the F1 field who don't even come close to the experience and skill level that JV posesses.

I think Kubica might pose a problem for JV next year (as far as BMW is concerned). It all just depends on how well the rest of the season goes for Jacques. BMW has been improving steadily with their car and that has reflected on Jacques with his 6th place qualifier in USA.

All true. Yet I don't know about NASCAR. It's a fun series, but I don't really see Villeneuve over there. Doesn't fit all that well, and it doesn't seem like his type of car. Villeneuve seems more of an open-wheel type of racer.

He might lose some support from Canada as it is mainly an American event, compared to F1 which is world-opened. Yet, some people are speculating about bringing a NASCAR event to the Montreal track. Yet, I don't think that will really happen.

Kubica is a great and fast driver that may pose problem for Villeneuve's future with BMW-Sauber F1. Yet, he might not become a regular pilot just yet. If we look at Davidson at Honda. He's always topping all the Friday practices, he's a very good pilot, gained a lot of experience, has been there for many years now, yet, he still isn't offered a wheel as a regular pilot. So, though Kubica may have a future with BMW, he's still a test pilot.

We'll see by the end of the year .

Oh noes... 4 days late... ahh... We really can't have two people with the same driver? 'Cause I really want Gilles Villeneuve, lol. I made a FOX skin of his car, as well as a helmet... Always driving in them, and I admire that legend.

Fun stuff. I think I did pay a long visit yeterday. Too bad there's not all that many servers of CnR, its fun .

Unfortunate in a way, but it's normal for the reasons Kryten mentioned above. People could easily cheat their way up to the top. But in Hotlapping mode, does it save your good laps as PBs on LFSWorld?

Maybe for crash tests... But I don't really think a ciment or or any other materialed barrier would make your vehicule blow a mile or two away . This needs a definate fix. +1

I'd guess it would make too much stuff to work on... Plus very much stuff for racing... But I'd be up for seeing people work on your car while your at pit-stop or such a thing .

Yes, using windows. And the computer is connected through a router to access internet. However I folllowed the guidelines on the site you gave, with the correct router, did everything okay, yet nothing occured. So... Um.. Yea... Dunno really what to do anymore. Is there a way to un-hide a server or get it to access the master server correctly? Or something?

I got the stuff set up, filled the good parameters and all... The little host consol says ON LINE and all, good. I even went on it via local. But it doesn't appear in the server list. I tried with a friend, and he searched for it in any possible way, and we didn't find it .

Is it normal I do everything and it still doesn't work?

Finally another KY Oval server. And well-based as I can see. That's good to see that the amount of Ovals are starting to gather a bit. I wonder what everyone has against the Oval. Personally, I like it a lot. I'll probably come and pay a visit guys.

Ok... Well... I want to try to setup a server and all... I've read the README file... I've checked out some posts on the forums... But I still don't understand a thing of how to get started. Can someone maybe help me out on what to do or something? Maybe step-by-step procedure from start... Or some IM convo if needed. (PM me for that though).
