if there has not been ANY progress within few months at lfs, its sad.
and no one should care how many of developers are there - its about results. if you got your assignment at work, your boss doesnt care if you worked at it alone or with your mother, if you give him the right results on time so i dont see the point of this saying "oh look there are only 3 developers"...so what...as they say, its their choice, they chose to fail and be behind and dont advertise any news regarding their progress. they also realize that whenever they release S3 or any other content, each racer will get back to this game.

got a bit bored so decided to bump this thread since i can finally post something here.

im still uni student, altho i work for a primary school as pc/network administrator + i "work" at my uni's computer networks laboratory at its videoteam, so we record/live stream some interesting events...+ i got a job as a technical support during CCNA courses, so i guess im on my way up to become a ccna instructor.

also when i have a chance i work as a web developer, but been stagnating in this since summer.

took a short walk during my business trip last week

few years ago it was okay to make an announcement twice a year, but now people are in hurry all the time, everything works instantly, we have internet in our pocket, travell much faster, get tons of new info every day so thats why we miss this in LFS, we got used to read updates very frequently, these devs dont realize it. even new chrome/firefox version is out every 6 weeks, they bring less updates, but much, much faster. i know this model cannot be applied to each software, but progress updates can be. and if there is absolutely no progress within 6 months, we can leave and let the last one turn off the lights in the room.

that might be true, however, changing FOV in LFS to 33° means "zooming" in - changing focal length itself...i think it should just "crop" your field of view to match the area that your screen in front of you covers...like when you sit in a bus and youre looking through windshield, you see just a fraction because you sit in the back, your view is just "cropped" by the windshield area, not "zoomed in"
