Cooking is enough, at least they teach us it is (in school I mean). But they put stuff in the milk so it doesn't spoil (right word?) and they reduce milk fat (is milk fat the phrase you use?)...

The heavy parts are very nice, but the parts you call dubstep sound more like some power metal (the electronic stuff you have isn't really dubstep if you ask me), so I suggest you to remove some of the electronic parts and stick to pure metal, or try to make some better dubstep.
