Quote from rc10racer :Dude a bit of advise, don't make screenshots with pisspoor gfxs.

Quote from Migz :Dude, a bit of advice, learn to spell correctly.
And secondly it's what's in it that matters.

Quote from Crashgate3 :I thought "it's" was the other way round to normal. You *don't* use the apostrophe with the possessive, as it stands for 'it is' not 'it has'.

It is what is in it that matters

You don't use an apostrophe in possessive, but this isn't possessive, it's abbreviation

Quote from r4ptor :Oh yeah. Placing animals in cages and taking away the possibility for them to be what they are is soooo funny, when you then get to see how ****ed up the limited space affects their behavioral pattern.

Even prisoners get to spend their time in prison way better than that.

Thanks all for the kind words and support. Times have been tough over the past couple of months, and the whole recession business has made starting new ventures difficult.

But in-line with reports of signs of a recovery in the retail sector we're pleased to announce the ball is rolling and we're beginning to grow!

Please keep up the support, it doesn't go un-noticed!

This is fascinating stuff guys, thank you!

Quote from DragonCommando :However, the clear example you gave is a HID (High intensity discharge) headlamp. They are basicaly a projector style bulb with a balast and do not require a focusing lense because the light already leaves the bulb in a beam. The light around it is to compensate for the lack of short range lighting by the bulb, something only frosted lenses gives you.

So by installing a HID conversion you'd also have to change the glass? Or it just "doesn't work like that"
Headlight Glass - Why does it have grooves?

Hey all!

Bit of a random question which I cannot find on the internet....

Why does the glass on the front of headlights have a variety of lines on them when some others don't?

For example,

CLEAR

SMOKED/Lines

I hear of people changing to clear glass but would that not affect the lights somehow?

Help an ex-lepper!

I was expecting a total noob video, but it does highlight an extremely important issue with the game people who aren't "in the know" would be aware of.

A bit like the video of people trying to doughnut in Gran Turismo.

Good job, however, it'd be vital for us to see the same conditions in a road car.

Quote from SilverArrows77 :Jan , Feb , March , April = 4

cant count a month when we are only on the first day of it ffs. Patience is a virtue and all that jazz ... pretend its not coming and it wont be an issue that its not here. Its just a VW after all...

I believe it to be a bit more than a VW, I would imagine they've decided to add more goodies into the game, and maybe even something which has required an extensive re-write of parts of the game. Although my suspicions are just that, and I have no sources to back it up.

However the main reason for quoting you is to say the Hakkinen video link in your signature was really nice and reminds me that there are/was drivers who were honourable, fair and all round nice guys. :lovies:

My other suspicion (also agreed by a few others) is that VW screwed them over when they found out it had damage, and they've got to re-write it to not have damage on the scirocco.
