Good point, If those 3-4 years would be invested in other things, we could already have night racing, more tracks, more cars, damage features, cockpit updates and other exciting things. I just hope these things will come eventually, after the physics get finally updated.

The physics are getting rewritten mainly because of the Scirocco not behaving like in real life. So they can't release the Scirocco without the physics.

I'm sure it's possible to increase the friction of the track by 'hacking' lfs and changing values. If you're asking this question, I guess you have no chance of doing this. (neither do I btw)
