I used to have insim program running only to check if an admin logged in is from a specifict list. So even if somebody got to an admin password, they couldn't do anything because they got kicked right away... This might be an easier way of doing that

So, I guess eric actually wasn't working on LFS at all (or it might be a bug, whatever, it's something to talk about at least)
I used to get that braking thing. I was going fairly slowly but I couldn't brake and crashed.. (wtf by the way, I thought I was the only one with that kind of dream)
Couple of months ago, I was driving our family car downhill, stepped on the brake and nothing happened. There was a STOP sign at the bottom of the hill, so I shifted into second gear (was going about 60 km/h), pulled the handbrake and stopped with the first half of my car in the crossroad. I don't have that kind of dreams anymore since then
- They are secretly working on the S3 update, the tyre physics are finished and they are just making new content (lol it sounds so unreal I couldn't even type it )
- The tyre physics are still being worked on, and we'll get a test patch once it's ready. If it ever will be.
I don't know about sim talent, but I had a interesting situation last winter. I encountered some black ice on the road while braking, my wheels locked up and I began to go sideways for a while. I instinctively released the brakes and made a quick wheel turn to counteract the slide. These are reflexes from lfs, so in my opinion you do learn something from the sims you can use in real life. Mainly how the car will react under some circumstances.
GTAIV is fun, mainly because of the physics engine. Gotta love the flying people when you use sidewalks as roads. Not to mention the great story. (IMHO)

I have played the first IL-2 game when I was younger, of course I played it a as a game then. I'm much more sim oriented now. I bought IL-2 1946 on steam, played it a couple of time but I realized that the game is too old for today's standarts. I want to play Cliff of Dover for a change, I have read about it since the release, but never acutally found the motivation to buy the game...
