You have to be rough with the wheel. Or you can try to drift smoothly(which is harder). The easier the drifting looks from the outside, the longer it took to master
I think hotlapping should have 3 levels.
level 1 = locked 'factory' setup
level 2 = realistic adjustments (like sports cars having adjustable suspension, brake balance and things like that)
level 3 = everything adjustable, like in LFS right now.
What would be the point of making a game open to modding, and then making some of the mods incompatible? Just look at rFactor, hundreds of licenced cars on rfactorcentral.
We know that AS will use the steam workshop, so they could potentially regulate the content there.. but again, what would be the point of that? Users could then only upload made-up cars and tracks.
