dont get a gigabut board there ram killers. on the forums i hang out in theres guys reporting of there gigabut boards killing there ram or degrading it. the reason there killing ram or degrading it is becuz the boards dont have a good power circuit for there ram and they have bad ripple and spikes in the ram voltage circuitry. try searching it you will see. try dfi, biostar, asus. those are what i would choose. i have a biostar tp45 board and its great for everything.

DO NOT RUN 3GB. either 2gb or 4gb. unless ur running a 1gb stick and a 2gb stick. 2 sticks or 4 sticks. not 3 sticks. it will run ok but will have big chance of being unstable or possibly killing board or memory.

my second pc is a athlon 3200+ with 512 ram and a msi 8500gt with a little overclock on it. it runs pretty good i have to say for what it is. with ai and no aa or other stuff turned up i get 60 or so fps on it. not the greatest but its not bad. i would suggest buying an 8800gt since there so cheap now and my pc i use has an 8800gt and it plays a lot of things maxed out or high settings. i strongly suggest an 8800gt and skip the 8500 and 8600 completely.

they better hope they realise that car soon or lfs will slowly die with no new content. just updates dont keep people here. people want new cars and tracks plus the updates. so i would say this will be out before s2final as you say.

yes tire size is not changeable in the lfs database patch z tweak. maybe some others but it would be nice to have

cant wait hopefully it will be the next patch since were at Z now so i hope they bring it public very soon cuz im board of lfs and this might spice up the community of lfs and get some people playing again like me for one.

ya im board with lfs atm. the new tweak for Z just came out but im already board of it with not a lot of options in it. i dont play much anymore cuz theres no new stuff coming out. if the game move along faster meaning updates and programs to tweak cars and having track editors and so on a lot of people would play more offen. by meaning track editors i mean making tracks like rfactor people do but they have to be lfs dev approved like the license checking on the tweak programs. then lfs would be interesting for me. but until then im board of it. something new needs to come along like a CAR OR A NEW TRACK then i would be back to playing.

send it off to someone who knows the license checker and put it out. a lot of us are not playing lfs much becuz it gets boring racing day after day with the same cars and tracks. a tweak makes a lot of difference for me cuz when im bored i pop up one of my few lfs tweaks and go add some hp or a few other things and i mess around and its fun. we need a new tweak for sure.

i like this track to and would pay for it. i race it on rfactor and i love it. yes its hard and long track but exciting and takes a little skill to get through in one piece but its fun. i would love to see some new tracks period in lfs i dont care what tracks just some new tracks than these same old ones. a new car or 2 would be good to but i dont think wew ill see that for awhile.

i have both the momo and the g25 and i like my g25 way better as i can drive better with it but it does cost a bit more than the momo

the cpu will bottleneck you. plus the amds that are getting a little better than intel are both stock. you overclock that intel and amd cant catch up at all. idk what anybody says intel is winning atm but amd is rushing out there new cpus to go against the new intel i7 cpus that are coming in the next few months. so its gonna be interesting to see what happens next.

edit: about your multitasking crap and your octo core crap ps3. it doesnt really matter how many cores you have if you have no ram you are not multitasking nothin. as i can remember right the ps3 has crap for ram so no cpu is gonna help it. and with your ps3 still playing new game and the pc cant well the pc world is demanding and it makes games look better and better every year so there are times you need to upgrade to get the best quality but its worth it in the end. but your to stupid to realize that so you go sell your s2 license(since your making an ass of yourself in the lfs community) and go back to your ps3 and get pwned some more.
