Had same issue few times(desktop and browser OK, but under some load=random reboot no bluescreen), the problem was on a hardware side - 20+4 pin atx connector of an old PSU had bad connection with modern motherboard, so all voltage readings were OK, but the bad connector had triggered surge protection under some load. Dont ask how i fixed this, but im absolutely sure u have some sort of hardware issue too

Btw, it killed my bios(bricked the motherboard) after i accidentialy touched that 24 pin cable on a pc startup, so please try to be more accurate than me. Its better to just replace the PSU or some cables(may be SATA) inside your pc

Remember running this game on Core2Duo E7500 paired with some ancient Radeon X800 GPU back in the days of 0.6 version, and i gotta say it was absolutely ok 100-150 fps experience and a big pleasure to drive with a wheel (1280res but still) Im 100% sure that we'll get even better perfomance after the update.

Speaking about green energy and stuff, gotta agree with Mr.rane(a real scientist) But i also wish to admit that the human factor is a kind of nonsense which rules the whole world actually, and IMHO the industry will turn the most comfortable way for some "global business leaders" or kind of. I think unlocked FPS might be an issue, try to lock 100 using gpu driver.
Scawen himself mentioned that there is no point to use more than 100 atleast for now.

Play 454 minutes during practice session and then probably u decide not to even participate in a race
