A set is never fast, its just different. You cant really change the speed of the car, but with downforce, or that right pedal. So either you set lower downforce, or just pushed the throttle more. Doh...

I guess I had my first bored phase in my past 2.5 years of LFS. Well I wasn't really bored, I just didn't know what to do. I mean didn't have too much time because of girlfriend and some work, and I didn't feel like messing around random combos each time I had 20-30 mins or so to play.
If I drive, I drive advisedly, practicing for series and stuff, always with an aim, but in the past 6 months I quite got out of the wave.

Realized that, and that I missed racing kinda much, so I'm trying to get back to racing again. Well not like too many people missed me

I dont have Flatout 2 installed atm, but check the folder where its installed on your hard drive, and there should be some kind of launcher or setup or settings called exe. At least thats the way it works with these ported games. Hope it helps.

Yea, first I made had 60 pictures, but this one has over 200. Make sure you dont zoom too much on details, cuz it wont recognise it.

Read about this thing quite a while ago, but yesterday I tried it. Heres my first synth, messed a few pictures, but its damn boring to take so many.

Left foot braking here all the time, and I also use the clutch as the barke on my G25, its more precise for me cause of the softer spring. Its way more comfortable to use the clutch pedal to brake as its not that close to the throttle pedal.

TDU could be a great game, i love its realistic take on different shifting methods, good car collection, fine physics, the open map, camera position based sound effects and working traffic system, but it still remains a system hox, and the low poly road surface just makes the best roads in the game a pain to drive. Well, it would have been a great game, if they had worked more on the whole package. I mean the performances of the cars (like the sl65 smg, tops around 280 with 710hp), the sounds, the different engines characteristics and stuff. Like why do the supercharged cars have turbo whistle? It would be also good to have all the players on 1 layer on the map, because its sometimes a pain in the ass to find others. Hope they will fix these stuff in TDU2, cuz it could be a bad ass game in its class.

Still, its awesome to cruise in the 308GTS with the magnum galsses on. Cant get bored with it

Try some older vga drivers, they might help. I also had problems with TDU under xp, but under vista it works fine. So if none of the methods work, install vista

Finally, the bird is back on track, but not for long. It will switch chassis with another one since its rusting everywhere. It will have a month or so till the other one is painted, then we will start restoring/ordering and putting the parts into the new chassis. Looks like a full-time summer project

Pull the linearity slider to the right, then adjust the sensivity to your liking. It still gonna be kinda deadzoned at the center (feels like its still not completely liner), but much better.

Its in so bad shape, the rear glass is only kept in by the windscreen wiper and some bungie. Also, when its raining outside, theres a big chance it rains inside as well . Oh yea, and the best feature is the drivers seat. Its also fallen apart When braking hard, It slips out, and hits the pedals. Fun car id say

Bah, this game is damn addictive. Have tons of cars now, motorbikes, tanks, guns, boats, planes. LOVE IT
Im trying to make a chain-driven bike, but it seems to be impossible because of the collisons, plane works well tho.
Also, it would be good to have the ability to assign motors to exact keys, so you can build more comlex stuff, like a tank with cannon (where you can shoot whenever you want) and stuff. ADDICTIVE!!!

Finally, LFS runs fine with full grid, getting around 80 fps at start with maxed out graphics with AA and AF. Only strange thing is the FPS limitation. Its limited to 254/258, but simetimes it goes over that, to 300-330, but then jumps back to 254/258. Anyone else noticed it?

Other information: Had something important in mind, but forgot it.

Ive done several high 12s, but its really hard to find the correct downforce setting. I think wr will be around mid 12 or so with some really low downforce.

So, heres my problem. I was playin LFS, then went to sleep. Next day when I started LFS I had this error. I had no PC restarts, nor anything new installed at night.
Now, the wheel only centers itself in game, I dont have any feedback from the car. I believe I tried everything, reinstalling driver, fresh lfs, different versions, replugging everything, setting profiler, different usb ports and stuff. None of them helped.
I really gotta get it working, since Ill have a race tomorrow, and also I wanna have some practise till then. Thanks for any kind of help.
