Indeed. Just did a bit of searching and the 10,000 rpm drives are only quicker in a few areas but overall the 2TB drives seem the way to go. Which makes me wonder why they bothered with the 320GB 10,000 rpm drive especially when SSDs are going to be the future.
More money does not equal more quality or safety. Just be smart when you are buying.
1 piece leathers is overkill as is the balaclava. I wear cordura (well textile) gear and although i have never come off a lot of people over here have their doubts about its safety. I think the roads in NZ are a lot harsher which may have something to do with it.
But a 125cc is going to be slow so textile gear should be fine.

For some people speed > storage. I have a 250GB drive that i don't think i have come close to filling and there is always some crap to delete anyway.

Just got me an AMD Phenom II X2 550. Around 80€ i paid. Averages 250 odd in CSS benchmark with everything on full. This is with a Sapphire HD5750 GFX card that cost me a little over 100€.
LFS i used to get 20fps at the back of an online full grid with shitty graphics settings. Now i get 80fps at the back of an AI grid with full graphic settings!
However my mobo required DDR3 RAM and i was lucky to get that cheap.
And not wanting an AMD rig is just stupid. Go for what works at the price you want. The phenom II chips are currently better than core 2 chips on a perfomance vs price basis. I have done a fair bit of research over the past few months as i purchased my pc in the last few weeks.
